Reviewer Comments: Our unit was perfect for our needs, close to restaurants and shopping, Longs drug store, Safeway, and a short walk thru a meadow to the beach and yet private and quiet with a view of the pool, BBQ and garden. There are only 2 stories to each group of units so the atmosphere was calm and peaceful. The lanai was the length of the living room and bedroom so perfect for morning coffee and breakfast.

Just What We Needed
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This apartment was a great choice for my husband and I for our 6 night stay. We were very comfortable here. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities listed. All linens were fresh and clean. It even had a few things like ziplock bags, Saran Wrap, and aluminum foil. I loved having the ice packs and insulated coolers - we used them every day to keep cold water bottles with us. The bed was comfortable and had enough pillows for both of us (I’m a two pillow person!). Loved the location - it’s equal distance from the north and south shores with plenty of shopping and amenities close enough to walk to. We walked to the Coconut Marketplace several times for food or shopping. The staff was kind and helpful. Laundry was easy - download the app and add $2.50 per load ($1.50 to wash, $1 to dry). We never used the pool. There was always plenty of parking. My only criticism would be the couch isn’t very comfortable, but it is serviceable. If you are a light sleeper the road noise might be a bother, but honestly it didn’t bother me at all. And if you read reviews about roosters waking you up, you need to understand they are allllll over the island and the owners can’t control that! Wear ear plugs - all islands in Hawaii have them. Loved our stay and would love to come back and stay here.

Great Condo. Had all the amenities. Three remotes needed new batteries. A/C remotes were hard to read. LCD screens were very dim so you couldn’t see the readings. But over all a good place.
