With its light-filled indoor living area, broad outdoor deck and extensive entertainment, you’ll be settled in for a relaxing stay from the moment you arrive.

From sunrise to sunset, Sapphire Sands will provide you with everything you need to enjoy your stay in the beautiful coastal town of Callala Beach. Wake up to the sound of waves crashing on the beach nearby and make yourself an espresso to enjoy at the breakfast bar under the morning light coming through the almost floor to ceiling windows. When the urge strikes to have your first swim of the day, you can grab a towel and be on the beach in one minute flat to sink your toes into the stunning white sands of Callala Beach and after swimming in the sparkling waves, come back and rinse off in the heated outdoor shower (or any of the three large indoor ones—no long lines for the bathroom in this house). After that, your only problem is deciding how to spend the rest of your day in one of the most beautiful places in the country.

Stay inside comfortably in any kind of weather with the gas fireplace (where you can watch the flames dance behind glass) and relax in front of the TV with DVDs and Netflix at your fingertips. For a break from technology, gather around a board game to battle it out, or send the kids out to the backyard for a game of catch while you grab a book to read on one of the many comfortable couches. When mealtimes come around, we have a very well-equipped kitchen, including a 6 gas burner Ilve freestanding cooker. We aim to provide everything you might need in the kitchen to make your stay hassle-free. The owners have supplied bowls and a dog bed for your fur baby, and the nearest beach has dog-friendly hours, so your pets are guaranteed to enjoy their time as much as the humans.

Once you’re fed and rested, it’s time to see the sights; the shining sands and sparkling waves continue for kilometers around Jervis Bay, so go on leisurely walks along the shore, keep an eye out for dolphins not far away, and breathe in the fresh sea air for as long as you like. If you want a respite from the sun but the kids still want a swim, or the clouds come over, this property has access to the Benton Sands Estate indoor heated pool, where everyone can play in the water undercover.

The owners recommend catching the ferry across to Huskisson for lunch, local boutique shopping, and of course all the natural bay attractions…dolphin cruises, whale watching, and bay tours. Hire a kayak, stand up paddle board, or take an evening sunset wine and cheese cruise and learn about the amazing natural beauty of this area. We would also highly recommend a trip to Two Figs winery for the spectacular views over the Shoalhaven river and beyond. And of course, do stay and enjoy a wine tasting and some gourmet goodies. Of course, you could spend all of your holidays at Sapphire Sands, enjoying the world-acclaimed Callala Beach and Jervis Bay, all just a short stroll away.

Important Information:

- We supply a number of basic pantry items at each property. We are, however, unable to guarantee the availability of all pantry items. 3 toilet rolls are supplied per bathroom. You may wish to bring additional supplies with you.
- Internet in regional areas can be inconsistent and uninterrupted supply is not guaranteed. We will not provide compensation for failure or unexpected unavailability of internet services.
- A small amount from every booking is donated to local charities — a booking with Professional Holiday Homes supports local communities.
- A card surcharge is levied on each payment. It's important to note that since this fee is associated with the bank, it won't be reimbursed in the event of cancellation.
- Please note that firewood is only supplied from May to September.
- Fencing: The property is fully fenced
- Air conditioning: The property has air conditioning in 1 bedroom only.
- Please note that the property has a CO monitoring device.
- For your security and safety this property has an active Cctv camera at the property entrance. They will be on during your stay
- Whilst the property is pet friendly, due to strata regulations the property can only accommodate 1 dog.
- 2 Bedrooms with King Single Beds can be made into a King Bed. Please advise at the time of booking if you require the beds to be put together.
- This property permits groups of adults up to 8 guests or a combination of adults and kids up to the maximum capacity (intergenerational groups excepted).
- We welcome responsible guests that will not cause disturbance to our neighbours.
- For our pet friendly properties, pets are welcome inside but not on furniture or beds (please bring a blanket).
- After booking you must upload a copy of your drivers licence or passport and sign a rental agreement. Please contact us prior to booking if you'd like to view a copy.
- No schoolies, parties, bucks or hens groups are permitted.

Our name is Professional Holiday Homes and we aim to live up to the word “Professional” in everything we do. The formula for our properties is based on the award winning holiday homes created by our CEO.

Our approach to property management is that we want you to feel that the property is your own for a few days. As such we limit our communications to a few important emails, but otherwise we will leave you alone! If you are looking for a host that provides welcome platters on arrival, champagne in the fridge and who will contact you throughout your stay, we may not be the right host for you.

What you will get from us are well equipped, fairly priced, pet and family friendly holiday homes that are loved by their owners.

We work in a people business and very infrequently things go wrong - if this happens we will do our best to rectify the situation immediately. In busy periods it may take us a few hours to get to messages so picking up the phone is the fastest and best way for us to provide you with the support you need in an urgent situation.

As we are a licensed real estate agent you can be assured that all properties are fully insured, meet fire safety standards and are registered with NSW planning.
