As you enter this 18th-floor South Seas Tower 3 condo, your eyes will be immediately drawn through the open kitchen and dining areas to the stunning views of Marco Island's white sand beaches and turquoise Gulf waters, spanning to the southern tip of the island. Once you catch your breath, get ready to immerse yourself in the island lifestyle, where the most difficult decision you need to make all day is whether to take in the Florida sunshine from your private 18th floor balcony, from the loungers surrounding the heated resort-style pool, or from the white sands of Tigertail Beach as you dip your toes in the sparking water. The good news is, it's all possible here! The whole family will love this condo and with a king bed in the primary bedroom, two twins bed in the guest room and a roll-out cot, it can accommodate up to five. Get ready to make amazing memories in this island paradise!

South Seas Condominiums is a private, gated community just minutes away from grocery stores, restaurants, boutiques, and the beach. As a guest here, you’ll have exclusive access to amenities such as the heated community pool, fitness center, walking paths, tennis & pickle ball courts, and a putting green. South Seas is the only community on Marco Island which boasts both beach access and boat docks, which can be rented at very reasonable prices.

NOTES:
- The condo complex allows owners to make renovations to their units from May 1 to November 15 so there can be construction noise in this Tower. Work can only be done between the hours of 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday, unless it is for emergency repairs.
- There is a registration fee of $100 which includes a parking pass for one car and each addtional parking pass is $100/car. The fee is paid onsite at the Manager’s Office in the lobby of Tower 3 and the registration fee ONLY applies to overnight guests.

**Starting July 24, 2023 until approximately Oct 31, 2023 the parking garage for Tower 3 will be closed for repair. All guests must park at Tower 4 next door.
***The condo is working on a drainage project that will commence mid-October and is expected to be substantially completed by mid-February to fully connect seaward/behind Tower 4 to behind Tower 3 and the Tower 3 parking area to the main east/west line along the SSC beach walkway. The beach access will be impacted and restricted for safety reasons and will be rerouted to the SSC beach access walkway, however this walkway will also be impacted for the Tower 3 parking lot connection. Logistically the Association will work with the contractor on the timing of the restricted access so they do not coincide with one another.

Outstanding Location and beautiful condo. I was skeptical about being so hi up but the views were great and balcony huge. Waiting for elevators was a tad annoying. Walking Distance to the gulf dissuaded us from going down to the beach more often so we used what was a very crowded pool deck. (peak season i guess?) Difficult to find chairs unless later in the day when there was more sun anyway. We utilized the shuffleboard courts a few times to kill time before heading to the less crowded pool in the mid afternoon. Unfortunately the bocce courts (we love bocce) were undergoing renovations. The proximity to all is excellent but that’s Marco Island anyway. Initial parking was a little annoying having to lug our stuff down a flight of stairs but after knowing the lay of the land it got easier. For the price we paid at peak season, (not cheap) I’d rather get a house with a lanai and pool and drive to public beaches. Weather was beautiful which always makes a trip to Fla worthwhile regardless of some minor inconveniences.

Lovely island condo
Condo’s location couldn’t be better- amazing view of tiger tail beach! This unit was fully equipped for all of our needs, beautifully decorated and spotless. I’d definitely highly recommend this rental and hope to return next year.

Great stay....
Our experience was great start to finish. The unit we rented was exactly as described and pictured. As one hotel chain said "The best surprise is no surprise". We found our unit to be clean, bed comfortable, and layout nice. We enjoyed the views and the proximity to the beach. Overall the property was quiet and well kept. For me, the broadband connection was important as I was working and I had no issues. While the kitchen had all of the basics, it was a bit spartan to cook anything other than the most basic meals. The checkin/checkout process went smoothly and communication was very clear. I would stay at South Seas Club again and have no hesitation to book with Mark at iTrip Marco Island.

Best beach in SW Florida
As there are few Hotel options in Marco Island renting is surely the way to go. And what an apartment, great location, excellent accommodation, everything you would need for an extended stay.
