Summary:
I am the perfect escape for 2 couples. A peaceful residence perched amongst leafy greens; where just beyond that is the beach. A boutique setting boasting cool, laid-back vibes and coastal charm for the most scrupulous. With sweeping decks that overlook crystal waters and the ever-changing colours of Jervis Bay’s Point Perpendicular headland, I am the perfect place to unwind. Feel fresh ocean breezes, see the lighthouse at work and hear the waves lapping the shoreline of Jervis Bay.

The Space:
With timber décor from floor to ceiling and Malibu-inspired furnishings, my homely interior resembles a lux treetop cabin with beautifully-finished touches. I have the cooler months covered with electric blankets on all my beds, indoor fireplace, outdoor fire pit for toasting marshmallows and reverse cycle air conditioning that heats all of my rooms in no time at all. Each day starts with beautiful warm sunshine on my front deck and the afternoon sun warms each bedroom ready for the cooler evenings.

Designer, fresh, free, yet non-pretentious; I have all that you need, and some creature comforts to spoil you:

Two queen-sized bedrooms — the master room opens to the deck (perfect for star gazers at night and catching the morning sunrise over Jervis Bay) a third bedroom with two single beds with super plush linen in all three bedrooms.

The holiday cottage comprises of two bathrooms – the main bathroom is complete with soaking bathtub perfect for a glass of bubbles to settle into the evening. The secondary bathroom contains another shower, toilet and also includes the laundry. Note that this bathroom is accessed via a short walk outside the cottage but our fluffy bathrobes and slippers will make this joruney a little more comforatble. Consider this a beautiful post beach bathroom.

Spacious lounge and living areas abound, outdoor alfresco area with barbeque, 6 seater dining table and comfy out door lounge.

Cook’s kitchen with cookbooks and magazines for some foodie inspiration.

Complimentary wifi and easy to use smart TV with Netflix.

My modern kitchen is stocked with utensils and more than just the basics for creating tasty meals at home. You can even muddle your own summer spritzers to sip on the lounges on my front deck while enjoying the amazing views over the bay. And for breakfast, enjoy complimentary gourmet muesli and fresh espresso coffee from our Nespresso machine (coffee pods provided).

Bring your furry friend on holidays with you too! My backyard is fully fenced and Tilly-approved for your doggies to play and be safe. Note that the cottage is suitable for small doggies only and additional cleaning fees will apply for any mess or damage created by your furry friend.

On arrival, you will be gifted with some tasty wine, mineral water, and other goodies that we love from around the local region.

Feel like ‘Keeper of the Bay’ in this chic setting with uber cool vibes. Here you can chillax and feel on top of the world.

Barefoot, comfortable and fancy-free – it’s just the way I like it :-)

The Neighborhood:
Comfort and convenience are top of our list. If the beach is beckoning you for some fun in the sun — grab your towel along with a Frisbee, snorkel and paddle bat ball game. There is stash of books, an easy to use smart TV and complimentary Wi-Fi too!

You are spoilt for choice in this neighbourhood. Whether you want to soak up some rays or simply lavish the luxury of perfectly-groomed accommodation; you can do it all right here. There is so much to see and do in the area, including boat tours, hiking trips, wine tasting, swimming, sightseeing and treating yourself to some great local food on offer. Rob and Bede always love to share their insights and most loved to-do experiences around the region.

Cool off in one of the many secret swimming spots or stroll through the bush walks that are located very close by. Mid-week stays here make for magical, people free stretches of sand, with less of the monopoly that the weekends bring about.

And if you fancy a stint of fresh air, Blenheim beach is a mere 250 metres away from Bay Keepers Cottage. It is a brief drive to experience the splendour of locations like Hyams Beach, Murrays Beach and Greenpatch too. Nelsons beach is officialy dog friendly and the perfect spot for your pooch to run to let off steam!

Watch dolphins at play in the bay and you may even catch a glimpse of a whale or two as they pass through between May and November. There are numerous companies who offer boat tours and experiences with these majestic beauties. Don’t forget to pack your camera.

We had a nice stay. The veranda has a nice view and it is a short stroll to Blenheim beach - though it is a decent hill! The house was clean, linen luxurious and overall a pleasant vibe

Great house for a family group.
Great 3 bedroom house with lovely views and within walking distance to Blenheim beach. Well equipped with kitchen and bathroom essentials. Nice touch with gowns and slippers. Very responsive property managers.

Absolutely wonderful stay!
Thank you Rob and Bede for a wonderful stay. You are by far the most accommodating and communicative owners we have ever dealt with. The property is flawless - well appointed, super cozy and you have thought of everything! The home is well stocked and extremely well maintained. There was not one thing we needed to go out to purchase (other than food). Condiments, coffee, milk and a generous gift bag on arrival with lots of delicious snacks and wine! Wow, the view is awesome, the fireplace just perfect and our dogs loved the fenced back yard and laying in front of the fireplace of an evening. I can not recommend this home enough. We lived in Huskisson for 3 years and didn’t even know this area well so was a great surprise and perfect weekend! Thanks again guys we will certainly be back!

Weekend Away
Perfect location close to beaches and shops. The property had everything you could need and want. Cannot find fault. The backyard was fenced and a perfect size for our dogs to run around. An enjoyable stay.

Amazing place to stay
Upon arriving it was apparent that a lot of time had gone into the styling of the house. Modern furnishings, crisp white linen, open plan airflow and a great kitchen. The house was immaculate and extremely clean. Complimentary use of beach towels, pantry items, mini bar and a snack basket were a wonderful addition. A genuine pet friendly yard with lovely grass and a well fenced area let our 4 legged friends feel safe and secure. The aspect of the house provides uninterrupted ocean views from the high side of the road. A short stroll to a picnic reserve and the beach is the perfect way to spend the day. This house ticks all of the boxes and presents amazing value for money. We will certainly be back. Thank you so much

Views to die for
Such a relaxing week. The verandah overlooking jervis bay was amazing. We could sit out and listen to the waves no matter the weather. We didn’t have great weather but the log fire was an absolute winner! Quiet neighbourhood and short walk to the walking/cycle path and beaches. Comfy beds, lovely welcome goodies and the house had everything we needed and more. Can’t wait to come back.
