Take a step away from the ordinary when you vacation in this unique and palatial SW Cape Coral home. As you approach the front door you will be greeted by graceful arches creating a portico at the front of the home; upon entering you will be impressed by the grandness of the open great room. At the back of the home you will find an outdoor living space you won't soon forget - highlighted by a gorgeous heated pool and Gulf access canal. Come for a week or longer, you will be proud to call this vacation rental property your home away from home during your time in Southwest Florida.

Almost 2,600 square feet with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths, sleeping 6 guests
Voluminous great room with 18' ceilings; open living room, dining room, kitchen, and breakfast nook - all opening to the gorgeous outdoor living space at the back of the home. Living room with sofa, loveseat, and large screen TV with cable; dining room with formal dining for 6; breakfast nook with casual dining for 4.

Large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, abundant cabinets and counters; cookware, dinnerware, glassware, silverware and many small electrical appliances included; open eating bar with 2 barstools divides the kitchen from the breakfast nook.
Split floorplan has master suite on one side of the home, and the 2 guest bedrooms on the opposite side, allowing privacy for guests.
Spacious ensuite master bedroom with King bed, TV with cable, desk, direct lanai access and view; ensuite master bathroom with jetted bathtub, walk-thru shower, extended double sink vanities, separate toilet space; expansive walk-in closet.

Shared guest bathroom with extended vanity counter and a large walk-in shower

Stunning outdoor living space includes a fully screened lanai; heated pool with cascading rock/water feature and in-pool seating with table; partially covered pool deck with dining for 6 and overhead fans; captains walk with boat lift for up to a 10,000 lb boat on a Gulf access canal. Guests are responsible to operate lift and boat docking properly and will be held responsible for damage caused to the lift or dock.
Self service grill - propane or charcoal replacement is the guest's responsibility
Garage parking, additional driveway parking for up to 2 cars
Beautifully landscaped with tropical foliage and majestic palm trees

Cape Coral is an ideal location for Southwest Florida vacationers, the southeast corner of the cape has a lively nightlife and dining area; there are numerous parks, including a family friendly waterpark that is open seasonally and the Yacht Club Beach park which is open year round; grocery stories, shopping plazas and dining are in plentiful supply throughout the Cape. You'll be a short drive by car from the stunning Gulf beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, or Fort Myers Beach. A fisherman's paradise can be found in nearby Matlacha, Pine Island, or Bokeelia. Take the time to discover the newly revitalized River District in downtown Fort Myers. A slightly further drive south will have you in Bonita Springs or Naples, where world-class dining, shopping, and lifestyles await you. Seasonally you can enjoy the Spring Training facilities of the Red Sox or the Twins within minutes of the Cape, and of course year round golf, nature, and cultural activities as well.

This property is 16 miles to Fort Myers Beach; 22 miles to RSW International Airport

No smoking, including e-cigarettes, cigars, or pipes permitted anywhere on the property; this includes the home, front entryway, garage, and lanai.

No events or parties permitted; no overnight guests exceeding the maximum number of guests permitted.

The owner has installed 2 exterior camera's on the home for the security and insurance purpose.

No pets allowed.

Please note: The tides change and neither the management company nor the owner of the home have any control over the water levels in the canals and are unable to guarantee specific water conditions and accessibility.

Pool heaters don't run May-October. Local weather, sun, rain and daytime & night time temperatures will affect the actual pool temperatures and a static temperature is not guaranteed.

Minimum age to rent is 25. Please be prepared to show a government issued picture ID, matching the name the property is booked in, to a representative of the management company or property owner within 24 hours of check-in.

Please be aware, the City of Cape Coral has strict noise ordinance that they enforce without hesitation; any type of noise between the hours of 10pm – 8am is strictly prohibited.

Restful & Enjoyable Stay
The home is lovely & nestled into a canal cul-de-sac. Everything was as advertised and my exchanges with the team were pleasant and professional. We met the next door neighbor, who was also friendly. Having a relaxing, safe environment is important for this momma bear, and those “musts” were easily achieved. We all enjoyed swimming, and there was a family of happy birds who entertained us with their cheerful singing and playful antics. No exaggeration here- they were a fun to watch! There has been careful attention to the decor, which was quite nice. It was a tasteful nod to the beach life - I’ve stayed places where that was not done well. It might seem a small thing, but I really appreciated the fresh white linens on the beds, too. If I could’ve taken the master bath shower home with me, I would have! Be advised that the air conditioning is much cooler on master bed/bath side of the house, so you can plan accordingly for those who prefer cooler temps at night. We’d definitely recommend this home to anyone planning to visit the area!

The pictures accurately depicted the property, house was clean, beds were comfy and location was great for walking/jogging as well to escape to the beach or go to dinner in the evening. A few minor things popped up during our stay that were immediately addressed-property management company was fantastic and very responsive.

Met our needs
This property was perfect for our trip to FL. The layout and the amenities at the house met our needs. We appreciated the response of the property management to answer our questions about the house. Neighborhood was nice and there were nice restaurants nearby.

Beautiful House
The house is exactly as shown in the pictures. Neighborhood is very clean and safe. About 40 mins from Ft Myers and Sanibel Island with easy travel, centrally located.
