Stunning 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom Carlton Landing home located on Redbud Street! Heathercliff is a professionally designed property with 2 Master suites, large flat-screen TV, and sleeping accommodations for 10! The owners named this home after the street they lived on in Malibu California and decorated it in that style.
It is their hope that you will experience a little piece of the Malibu Beach lifestyle, combined with Carlton Landing's charm during your stay. Enjoy the covered porches, stunning interiors, and more. It’s all just a short walk away from Tower Court Pool. Guests will have access to the Carlton Landing fitness club, Tennis and pickleball court, 2 community pools.

The focal point of the home is the first level, which hosts the open kitchen and living room with top-of-the-line, modern appliances, and sleek cabinetry, its incredible kitchen is fully equipped to prepare a meal for your guests. There is also plenty of room for entertaining at the formal dining table. The downstairs master bedroom room is the primary suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower and beautiful double vanity. The downstairs guest room has a queen bed and an adjacent full bathroom. The first level also has a spacious laundry plus a mudroom by the back door.

Follow the large staircase to the second floor, which has two bedrooms. The first room is the amazing bunk room with 8 twin bunk beds and a private bathroom and shower. This room is a dream and an awesome place for kids to hang out. The second is a light and airy 2nd master suite featuring a king-size bed.

Everything was perfectly great. Absolutely spotlessly clean, the most comfortable beds, and everything that we needed was supply. The decor was perfect. It was the most lovely place to stay.

Welcoming Well Equipped Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our office stayed at Heather Cliff for a getaway weekend. The house was beautiful, spacious, and well equipped. I've never seen a house with so much storage or so many "necessities" provided. I brought extra paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher detergent, etc, but didn't need to use anything. We spend most of our time in the kitchen and living area. The professional cooktop allowed us to make large meals with easy. The huge countertop and sink were so accommodating for all the food and corresponding dishes. It was quiet and peaceful once all the workers and equipment stopped their work in the field across from the house. We found Carlton Landing to be a magical place, especially on Halloween weekend. We truly had an "away from home and everyday life". There were only 2 things that could be improved: a full size coffee pot, and more hot water. Other than that, we had a wonderful, and very relaxing stay!

January Weekend Sunshine

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loves visiting Carlton Landing. We try to stay in a different area/home each time we visit. This time, we stayed at "Heather Cliff" which is close to the Bocce Ball Court as well as Pistache Park. The home had more than enough room for our family of 6. The kids loved the 8 bed bunk room. The adults loved the open living, kitchen, dining area. In comparison to other homes, this one is definitely a good option for families and large groups. The kitchen drawers weren't as stocked as some of the other properties; that and the pre-clean on the home would be my only complaints. Definitely give this home a visit. Lakestay has the most rental options and a seamless system to get you on your way to a stress free Carlton Landing visit.
