Penthouse 12 is a luxurious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom condo, offering spectacular panoramic views of the beach and sea from every room. Furnished in an elegant Caribbean style, it comfortably accommodates 6 people. Each well-appointed bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, as well as air conditioning and ceiling fan to ensure a perfect night’s sleep.
On the main level, a well-equipped kitchen opens onto the living room, where you can relax, watch TV, listen to music, or enjoy the incredible view of the sea and the soothing sound of the gentle waves. The master bedroom, with its own private terrace overlooking the beach and sea, benefits from a spacious ensuite bathroom featuring a large corner bath, separate shower and double vanity unit with marble fittings. The second air-conditioned bedroom, with its generous ensuite shower room, offers the option of either a king bed or twin beds, and also has a lovely sea view. A covered terrace area leading off the living room provides the perfect location for casual dining while enjoying the landscaped gardens and swaying palm trees.
The upper level of the penthouse is nothing short of breathtaking, boasting a truly magnificent private roof terrace which overlooks the beach and sea. This huge outdoor entertaining space, with its beautiful exotic plants, offers a vast sun deck furnished with comfortable sun beds and chairs, as well as a spacious covered dining area with outdoor kitchen, ideal for enjoying tranquil evening meals.
