Summary:
Welcome to our spacious two-storey character home, perfect for family gatherings in Taupō!

Enjoy ample sleeping and lounge rooms, a relaxing hot tub, and eight beds accommodating up to 14 guests. Just a short 4-5 minute drive to town or the lake, it's the ideal getaway for large families seeking value and comfort.

The Space:
Welcome to our stunning lakeside retreat! The upper level boasts two bedrooms, both with king beds and panoramic lake views. Enjoy modern amenities like a fully equipped kitchen, spacious lounge with Smart TV, and a modern bathroom with shower and bath.

Downstairs, find two more bedrooms including one with two single beds and a bunk, and another with a king bed and bunk. A sofa bed adds extra sleeping space for a total of 14 guests.

Relax in the spa or outdoor eating area, and keep cozy with heat pumps and panel heaters throughout.

Please note, spa use is limited to before 9pm due to neighbors, and maintenance may affect availability. There is a double garage with room for another two cars outside. In the garden area is a nice outdoor eating space and spa pool available for guests to use unless it is down for maintenance or refilling. The BBQ is offered 'as is'. You are welcome to use it, but please ensure it is cleaned after use as it is not part of our cleaners' schedule.

The Neighborhood:
This house is a quick walk to a dairy, a ‘fish & chip’ shop and a liquor store. If you continue to the bottom of the hill, you will find the popular ‘Two Mile Bay Sailing Club’ where you can enjoy a drink or one of their fabulous woodfire pizzas.

From there you can continue on the Great Lake Pathway to walk into town with coffee and ice cream stalls along the way.

• Promotion applies to stays from Sunday to Thursday, during the current month
• Excludes weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.

To take advantage of the promotion please check with us first to see if your dates qualify. You will need to book 2 nights and we will block the third consecutive night from the calendar for you to enjoy.

When booking, please advise how many beds you require, and we will prepare that quantity for you. A highchair and baby cot may be available. Please enquire (bedding for the cot is not provided). Breakfast items are not provided but there is plenty of tea, coffee, and basic cooking necessities such as salt, pepper and oil.

For the sake of our neighbours, noise must be kept indoors and to a minimum after 10pm. There are strict no parties, smoking or pets rules in all Be My Guest properties.

If you are booking this property on a platform other than Airbnb, an authorisation hold is required. This hold will be captured as a ‘preauthorisation of funds’ from your payment card, prior to arrival and will be auto released 2 days from check-out, so long as no damage or costs have been incurred. The 'hold' for this property is $350.

All Be My Guest linen comes from our professional linen supplier. It is thermally disinfected at temperatures high enough to eliminate germs and risks such as Covid-19. In order to keep linen costs for your stay economical, we do not provide face cloths.

Interaction with Guests:
The house has a key lock on the door. We will provide the pin number 3 days before your check-in date.

If you need anything during your stay, please contact us through the app during regular business hours. If you have an emergency after hours, please call our after-hours number (number will be send with check-in instructions). Please ring, do not text as texts are not monitored.

Great for a family catch up
The house is spacious and comfortable, catering for a large group or family. The beds are very comfortable and the linen was lovely and plenty of it. The outside area with the spa is really lovely and we spent our evenings out there - just a pity there is no light so once it's dark you need to go inside. The noise and spa restriction of 9 pm over a weekend was also a bit difficult as you are away and early nights are not really in your plan. We're not a loud bunch but do enjoy having our music on and playing charades or card games which can get a bit noisy and were conscious that we were making too much noise, albeit happy noise. Great that there is an extra fridge downstairs. One of the kids packed the aircon remote by mistake and the hosts were so gracious about that.

We found the home for our family fantastic as had great facilities with large lounge and oh the views were amazing. Was very warm and cosy. We would love to come back.

A special Gem in Taupo
This was an awesome place for my whole family to stay, a very clean and tidy holiday home. Everything was there available, that we needed to have a comfortable holiday. My family enjoyed the comfortable master beds, and the bbq and spa pool was an added bonus, well worth the cost. Highly recommended. Thank you! Be My Guest Taupo
