Summary:
Stunning 3 bedroom apartment right on the beachfront and only a couple of blocks from the heart of Palm Beach and all the cafes, bars and restaurants it has to offer. Stepping into this apartment will instantly give you those holiday calming, almost penthouse vibes. The view alone is enough to set you into holiday mode, but the apartment does not disappoint.

Set on the whole 4th level of the building with the lift entering directly into your apartment, it features modern furnishings and 3 bedrooms, all with beach views. The open plan living, kitchen and dining space makes the most of the location allowing you to see those stunning sunsets and sunrises from all areas of this space. Bifold doors have you feeling like you could step straight onto the sand and let you soak up those salty, fresh breezes.

The main bedroom at the front of the apartment overlooks the beach from the bedroom and ensuite and also features a walk in wardrobe. The ensuite has a double sink, large tub + shower. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are towards the back of the unit but also take advantage of the beachfront location with beach views from both rooms. These bedrooms share a main bathroom, with a combined deep bath tub and shower. Air conditioning is ducted throughout the unit.

There is a single car space available in the basement for this unit.

This unit is within walking distance to local cafes, bars + restaurants - Palm Beach is quickly becoming the place to head out for those who live down this end of the Coast. It has everything you need! It is only a short walk down the beach to the closest flagged swimming beach too - making it a great location for the whole family.

Linen (including sheets, pillowcases, bath towels, hand towels, bath mats and tea towels) is included with your stay - we even triple-sheet the beds! Also included are basic amenities (hand/body wash, dish soap, laundry liquid, cleaning spray). A basic starter pack with bin liners, dishwasher tabs, cloth wipes and toilet paper is supplied but longer stays may need to top up these items. We just recommend you bring beach towels and personal toiletries.

In accordance with Gold Coast City Council this property has a strict No party and No Commercial Functions policy

As it is located in a quiet residential suburb. In consideration to our neighbours, we request guests keep noise to a minimum outside and observe the residential area "Quiet time" from 10pm to 8 am.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

You have full access of the whole apartment - situated on level 4.

The Neighborhood:
Palm Beach is quickly becoming the place to be on this end of the Gold Coast. Full of great cafes, restaurants and bars along with all the local amenities you need - chemists, grocery stores, bottle shops etc.

Getting Around:
The Gold Coast Highway runs through Palm Beach - there are local buses which run North towards Surfers Paradise (through Burleigh Heads) and South towards Coolangatta - running regularly throughout the day.

There is one parking space available in the basement of the apartment block.

Nuve’s history can be traced as far back as 1949 (yes you read that correct) – when our parent company Passos Agency Currumbin was founded by father and son Lin and Bruce Corr. Since then, and over the decades, the company has thrived whilst being continually contributed to by diligent locals and conducted by our family — now in our fourth generation.

Today we oversee some of Currumbin’s most prominent sales, and we are also proud of the fact we are the Gold Coast’s longest established vacation letting real estate agency.

Our heritage is right at the heart of Currumbin; the very first office we had was opened only footsteps from the golden sand and lapping waves of the beachfront.

From surfing pristine waves at sunrise or strolling our empty corner of the coast as the sun dips — we like to think over the decades we have become an integral part of the fabric which makes up our beautiful suburb. We hope it continues for many more years to come.

At Nuve we underline our approach to both guests and owners with the ethos of going beyond, ‘just accommodation’. We aim to build strong connections with like-minded people through the essence of the experiences we create.
