The in-kitchen dining table offers seating for four with a view overlooking the pool out to the canal. The guest bathroom features a large shower and also serves as a pool bath.

The screened lanai is a paradise in itself, offering an outdoor bar with a mini fridge, a TV, a hammock for relaxation, comfortable outdoor furniture, and a heated pool. Guests can enjoy their favorite beverages by the pool and take in the scenic surroundings. Plenty of furniture offers the opportunity to indulge in a good book, soak up some Florida sunshine, or spend timeless hours in the refreshing pool, all with a view of the serene canal.
