Our designer home is retrofitted with all the luxuries, comforts, and amenities you can imagine. An open floor plan fuses the spacious living room and kitchen to create a warm and inviting space where you can spend quality time with loved ones, whether cooking or lounging. This unit has two sides, each with its own living area, kitchen, and bedrooms, giving plenty of space for everyone to spread out and unwind.

Natural sunlight showcases carefully selected furniture over elegant wood floors for a sleek and refined style.

Ten contemporary bedrooms capitalize on comfort in king and queen beds for a luxurious night's sleep.

LIVING ROOM
The home's focal point is an ideal setting for a family gathering. New and updated sofas and loveseats have been added to the living areas, the perfect place to relax, watch a movie on the Smart TV, or play a board game with family and friends.

KITCHEN & DINING
The fully equipped kitchen opens to the living room and features ultra-modern cooking amenities.

Our dining table for six is sure to be a great spot for your family to enjoy the perfect dinner.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS – 10 BEDROOMS
A total of 20 guests can indulge in resort-worthy comfort in these two oases. Each bedroom boasts comfortable king and queen beds, with clean white linen bedding and plenty of sleeping space for your guests. Both primary suites in each unit offer smart TVs to watch their favorite shows from the comfort of their bed.

BATHROOMS
Unwind with a bath or shower after a packed day of exploring St. Louis in our four spacious full bathrooms. They are fully stocked with all essential toiletries, so you don't have to sweat the small stuff when packing for your trip.

PARKING
You'll get five private spots in the large private parking lot in the back of the home.

The Neighborhood:
The historic Central West End is a bright and vibrant neighborhood named one of the top neighborhoods in the US and is known for its upscale shopping, dining, and cozy coffeehouses.

The Central West End is a highly walkable area with art galleries, antique shopping, great nightlife venues, and stunning turn-of-the-century homes all located on the eastern edge of Forest Park just a quick 5-minute drive from downtown St. Louis.

Whole Foods, Straub's, and Schnucks supermarkets are close by, as well as all the top attractions the city has to offer making this beautiful home the perfect place to base your group or family while visiting St. Louis.

Getting Around:
The best way to get around is by car with most highways conveniently nearby. You can also use the Metrolink light rail system to get to many major attractions. Metro's efficient light rail system offers stops throughout the city.

St. Louis also has both UBER and Lyft available. You'll also see lots of Lime and Bird electric scooters throughout the city, so you can zoom wherever you'd like!

GUEST VETTING
ABODEbucks loves hosting guests of all creeds, races, and nationalities. This said, to protect neighborhoods and properties from parties, reservation inquiries from local guests with few or no reviews will likely be denied.

PRIVACY-SAFE NOISE MONITORING
This home is equipped with NoiseAware monitoring devices that alert us if noise levels increase over reasonable levels. In addition, it allows us to reach out and request that levels are reduced to appropriate levels. To protect your privacy, the monitors do not record audio.

GUEST VERIFICATION
SafelyStay, Inc. verifies the identity of guests and checks criminal databases to confirm reservations.

TRUST & SAFETY
The SafelyStay, Inc. Trust and Safety Fee include up to $10,000 of accidental coverage for contents damage and up to $100,000 for accidental property damage and bodily injury.

The Trust & Safety Fee allows the security deposit to be waived while protecting you, your group, and the property should an accident happen. The $78 fee is collected at the time of payment and labeled as "Trust & Safety Fee" or "Management Fee."

NIGHTLY PRICING
Our goal is to provide each guest with a beautiful stay at a great value. Therefore, the nightly price has been pre-discounted based on the market value of your requested dates.

EXTRA GUEST FEE
For groups of more than 15 guests, please note the extra guest fee of $15/person/night starting with the 16th guest. This fee is automatically applied based on your guest count.

COVID-19 CLEANING CERTIFIED
The entire ABODEbucks team has completed the "Health, Cleaning, Disinfecting and Personal Protective Equipment for Workers who Clean Vacation Rental Homes" certification and has been trained on today's best practices to keep guests safe and healthy by following strict and elevated cleaning guidelines. As a result, you can rest a bit easier when staying with ABODEbucks.

HOUSE RULES
This home has been carefully designed and outfitted for the comfort of vacationers and business travelers alike. Please do not inquire if the following items don't work with your plans.

✔ Primary renter must be 25+ years old.
✔ Pets are not permitted on the property.
✔ No smoking inside the home.
✔ No additional guests - If more guests are expected, please add them to the reservation
✔ No Parties - If the guests exceed the number stated in your reservation, it will be considered a party
✔ Quiet time is 10 pm - 9 am (including weekends). The neighbors are proud of their quiet, peaceful neighborhood, and we ask our guests to be respectful. Please keep voices and music down during quiet hours.
✔ Outdoor areas are off-limits after 10 pm.
✔ Nothing can be taped, pinned, or attached to walls, ceilings, or hung from the lighting fixtures. No glitter or confetti.

Wedding group stay.
In town for a wedding. Large comfortable house. Nice neighborhood and a convenient location. I would suggest a larger dining table and definitely a table downstairs.

Property Was Double Booked
Booked both sides of Duplex for our 15 family members bc we needed the 10 bedrooms and double kitchens. When we arrived, there was a family on one side who stated they also made their reservation on VRBO. After several phone calls and messages, finally got a call back from VRBO. Spoke with a gentlemen named Ryan who took full responsibility on behalf of VRBO. After some discussion, Ryan and I eventually came to a resolution that my family and I were comfortable with. Other than half the space, the rental property was everything stated. I wish it was easier to go between that two sides easier than it looked. Unfortunately, this situation made me cautious about going through VRBO in the future and I will like never book through them again.

Family trip
This is great for large family groups. We had top and bottom duplexes. We had 4 families, a total of 18 people and had an abundance of bedrooms. The property was clean, it had a parking lot in back, so you do not have to park on the street
