Well-appointed Getaway

This home worked well for our group of 7, visiting Cape Cod for a wedding. The house was well-appointed and had plenty of kitchen-items, hangers, etc. for all of us. It is conveniently located within walking distance to Harwich Center, which has a few restaurant choices, small market and deli counter, which we enjoyed. Very clean rental and lots of fun decor that made it feel very "Cape Cod-like." Please note that the listing states 2.5 bathrooms, but there are actually only 2 bathrooms. We contacted the management company to correct this for future renters. Additionally, the master bedroom is only accessible from the outside or through the first floor bathroom - not an issue for our group but something to note for others. We'd have appreciated more comfortable furnishings (chairs/couches) and more lighting throughout, but the house suited us well and we'd rent again on a future visit.

Great area

Very nice property, although on a very busy corner Deck area was great. Back yard not fenced in, so not great for kids. The inside was nice, but seating in the main living was inadequate for eight people. Beds were comfortable and it was nice having two bathrooms( one on each floor).

Unique house in a great location.

We enjoyed being able to quickly walk to Harwich Center for coffee, to get catch the bike trail, the playground, and a concert at Brooks Park. The back deck is awesome and where we spent most of the time while at the house. The decor is really nice, but isn’t comfortable. Likely not a good house for small children. The listing shows 2.5 bathrooms, but there are only two bathrooms. One of the bathrooms is accessible through a common area, which is also how you access the bedroom, so we assumed it was counted as a full bathroom and a half bathroom.
