The community of Cowichan bay with its famous restaurants, pub, ice cream store & an abundance of local shops are all within walking distance. The property has 2 security cameras, one on the front of the house directed towards the dock and gangway and the second is mounted on the guesthouse directed at both units front doors. These cameras are used for security purposes only & do not impede on the enjoyment of private spaces in the home.
