There is a modern kitchen and undercover BBQ area to prepare a delicious feast at home or a variety of restaurants, cafes and wineries close by. Located within the Moonah Links residential estate, this home is the ideal spot to enjoy a golfing holiday with family and friends, there is even a set of golf clubs for guests to use. The scenic paths throughout the estate provide a great opportunity to walk or ride a bike. This home is well suited to couples, a group of friends or an adult family.

This property has a STRICT NO PARTY POLICY - No Schoolies, Bucks or Hens party groups or other such functions/events allowed. We prefer mature adults or family groups, this is due to the strict code of conduct enforced by the Mornington Peninsula Shire for Short Stays. Large younger groups (under 30 years old) if approved, may be required to pay an additional fully refundable direct bond and a daily supervision fee of $100.
