If you’ve forever been plotting your grand escape to the mountain, your hunt can stop right here. Set within an alpine landscape, this warm and cosy self-catering cabin flaunts luxury at its finest and hints at the promise of endless outdoor pursuits. An authentic European style hideaway, The Bavarian Chalet is made from local New Zealand timber and furnished with locally sourced furniture and amenities wherever possible. You can spend summer evenings creating alfresco culinary masterpieces before sinking into the hot tub as the mountain air cools with the night. Or, spend the winter days toasting marshmallows over the open fire or sharing a hot meal with good friends recalling the day’s events.
With little extras hidden in every room, it could possibly be the best wood cabin in Ohakune.
