Getting Around:
Public transport
A light rail stop is located a 5-minute walk (500m) from the property, and operates a route from Helensvale to Broadbeach South. While several bus stops located on Ferny Avenue operate routes to SeaWorld, Southport, Brisbane and Broadbeach South.

Ride sharing
There is plenty of taxi and ride-sharing options readily available throughout Surfers Paradise.

Getting there
The property is approximately a 35-minute drive from Gold Coast Airport and a 1-hour drive from Brisbane's CBD.

Other Things to Note:
- Please keep noise level to a minimum between 10pm and 8am for neighbors. Excessive noise could lead to an on-the-spot AUD500 fine and/or eviction from the property.
- Whilst this property is located within a hotel, it is a private residence. Therefore, some hotel staff may not be able to assist (eg. concierge, room service, loss of room key). If assistance is needed during your stay please contact our 24/7 guest services team and our local staff will be able to assist when next available.

Other things to note:
- Access the on-site parking via the tower 1 entrance. Go up the ramp turn left at the roundabout and follow the road until you come up to a garage door entrance, make sure the parking card is on the dashboard as the card sensor is on the roof.

The property was great, clean and bright and airy. Only complaints were accessing the property was difficult (although there were very clear instructions with photos showing how to access etc). Parking was a nightmare as the parking numbers are not sequential and the floor number of the parking is shared with 3 and 4 because it is shared with two buildings in the complex). Overall very good property but access to property and instructions on carpark need improving.

Bit confusing to find the entrance. Everything was fantastic except only one key. Definitely would not stay again without a second key. Could not even get into pool area without it.

Perfect for a family
Thanks so much for our stay! We absolutely loved the room and location! All facilities were great. Just if had 2 keys would make things a lot easier. However overall very much recommend this stay! We will be back!

It was a good property and the level was good to access pool,shops etc. The biggest let down for this property was having only one key. This made it inconvenient. Check in was after 3pm. If it was at least 2pm it would have been better. Generally though it was a good apartment and Made Comfy were always helpful.
