3 bathrooms at this property (1 being an ensuite to the master), family bathroom complete with a stand-alone bath and a bathroom/laundry combo, with separate toilet (downstairs).

Entertain family and friends with the pizza oven, in-ground trampoline, basketball ring and in the garage (on same level) is table tennis and TV. Best suited to children over 5 years of age, as the rear stairs are quite steep. In the front yard there is a perfect hot shower for those sandy beach days. Off-street parking for 3-4 cars tandem.
