First Floor Corner Unit Condo On a Coveted Quad in Paseo of Fort Myers

Summary:
Our seasonal rental townhome contains over 1200 square feet under air and it is located in Paseo - an amenities rich gated community minutes to Daniels Parkway and I-75 in Fort Myers, Florida. The community includes a resort style heated regular and kids pool, a full tiki bar, an on site pub and bistro, a movie theater and a gym! Court sports on site include Tennis and Pickleball courts -don't miss out on this fabulous opportunity! Take a look at the aerial photos to see all of these sprawling amenities.

The Space:
Our first floor corner townhome is located in the southeast part of Paseo and it is one of the few condos located in a quad which contains its own pool for quad which is separate from the main pool at the amenities center towards the center of the community. This townhome was very recently in 2022 completely refurbished so be one of the first guests to stay here!

Our townhome has a front porch that looks out to the quiet road in front of the condo and is a great place to sit and gather with your neighbors and friends. Upon walking into our condo you come into our open concept floor plan. Our dining room is on the right and it comfortably seats 4 and it sits in a nook in the corner and has wonderful views to the subtropical landscape outside in Paseo.

Continuing past the dining room guests will come into our kitchen which features solid stone counter tops, hardwood cabinets and stainless steel appliances. The kitchen counter behind the sink opens up to the family room and there are 4 bar height chairs to enjoy informal meals, cocktails and the morning coffee.

The family room contains a sofa, a accent chair, 2 low height stools and a large screen smart TV. This room has 2 windows that look out towards the front porch and can be opened up in the cooler months to let in cool, fresh breezes.

There is a door that leads to the main bedroom directly from the family room. The main bedroom contains a King bed, 2 nightstands with lamps, an accent chair and a dresser. There is a ceiling fan for additional comfort and a window looking out towards the front of the home. The attached en suite bathroom contains a vanity with a large mirror and then there is a pocket door to close that can separate the toilet and the shower from the rest of the bathroom. The shower is enclosed in glass and has multiple heads for the shower.

As guests come out of the bedroom on the immediate left is the laundry room with the full sized washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board. There is the door that leads to the one car garage. There are 4 bikes, 4 beach chairs, tennis and pickleball rackets, beach umbrellas and more for guests to use and enjoy while staying at the home!

On the opposite side of the condo, behind the kitchen is the second bedroom. This contains a queen bed, dual night stands with lamps and a window. All windows throughout the home have room darkening shades! There is a ceiling fan, a mirror and a dresser as well as a large closet in this second bedroom.

Just outside of the second bedroom is the second full sized bathroom which has a shower and tub combo and a vanity with a single sink along with a large linen closet.

From the moment you drive in Paseo you know you are on vacation and in a different state of mind! This master planned community has miles of sidewalks throughout connecting all the different neighborhoods to the amenities center in the center of Paseo. This is the gathering place to see new and old friends and to enjoy a meal, a drink, a game of tennis and many more things! People love Paseo so much that they return year after year -this brand new listing on the market wont last long!

This property is managed by SW Florida based Mike Z Rentals LLC. We have a 24/7 call center, a reservations manager and guest services manager along with a professional cleaning partner to take care of all of your needs while you are staying in this property.

It is best to have a vehicle with you as Fort Myers is a large metro area. The Fort Myers International Airport is less then a 20 minute drive from Paseo!

This booking and reservation are contingent on the signing of a lease and HOA paperwork and approval. Access to the property can not be given until HOA approval is received prior to your move in along with the second payment, no exceptions. There is an additional $100 application fee NOT INCLUDED WITH THIS RESERVATION AND MUST BE PAID SEPARATELY. This paperwork and reservation agreement will be automatically sent upon confirmation if booking. The application to the association is all done online on Tenant Eval

Please allow 30 days for processing. A representative of Mike Z Rentals LLC will reach out after the reservation is made to help facilitate all of the required paperwork and to answer any further questions you might have.

This is a self check in property. You will receive the codes to check in once we have received the full payment and HOA approval has been received.

Great unit. Complex not as great as it used to be
Unit was decorated beautifully. Beds comfortable and linens were in good shape. No baking pans or casserole dishes available. Only a regular coffee pot, no one serving pod coffee maker. Garbage disposal went out while we were there and was promptly addressed with maintenance team. Batteries in the key pad kept dying. Replaced twice while there. Complex not as nice as it used to be. Tiki bar was not available, changed access to facilities mid rental with no notice and confusing info. Misc maintenance notes: Need some light bulbs in bathrooms. Tub in 2nd bath has slow drain as well as sink in master bath.
