The apartment is located on lvl 24 with a stylish coastal vibe to take in the beautiful fairyfloss sunsets and fresh ocean breeze. You'll feel in absolute bliss and luxury.

Centrally located in the best position on Surfers Paradise, only a 5min walk to the beach and all the restaurants, nightclubs, bars and entertainment at your doorstep.

Mantra Circle on Cavill has all the top-notch amenities including 1 indoor heated pool, 2 outdoor swimming pools, spa, sauna, gym, games room and BBQ area.

Featuring floor to ceiling windows in the living room and master bedroom, giving guests spectacular views all day long. The apartment comes with everything you need for a relaxed holiday.

The master bedroom is spacious and features a comfortable king sized bed and comes complete with a spa bathtub from which you can look out and watch the ocean and stunning star filled skies.

The second private bedroom has been setup as a king bed, however can be converted into 2 singles on request. Here, you'll find a cozy yet comfortable second room with high-end pocket spring mattresses to get a restful sleep for the kids or perfectly suited for a second couple.

The newly renovated living room has super comfy couches, so you can relax and unwind after a long day at the beach or out shopping. And... the entire apartment is air-conditioned so you can stay nice and cool during the summer months and warm in winter.

The apartment is also well suited for families with small children and we have a portacot, baby bath, and high chair available for your use to accomodate all families.

You’ll literally be steps away from all the action, shopping centres, entertainment, and dining districts. You’ll also be only a block from the famous Surfers Paradise beach and the tram located downstairs can take you up and down the Gold Coast to visit all the attractions.

Perhaps the best thing about choosing the apartment is definitely spacious balcony that has been transformed into a tropical paradise which offers panoramic views of Surfers Paradise. Whether it be drinking your morning coffee on the sun lounge or having a glass of wine to cap off the night, here will become your perfect oasis to take in the stunning skyline and feel the ultimate relaxation.

You will have the entire apartment to yourself. This space has been created just for you. So no worring about shared spaces and you will also have access to an internal laundry and secured parking space.

If you're not familiar with Surfers Paradise, then I can tell you that it is one of Australia's premier holiday destinations.
Known for its beautiful golden beaches, surf breaks and vibrant nightlife. There is always something happening in Surfers Paradise and the theme parks are always a great hit with the kids!

Getting around is easy. The apartment is located within walking distance of everything you need. You can hop on the tram which is a 2 min walk away and you have easy access to the main road from Ferny Avenue

Please note that we do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 21 years old unless a specific exception has been approved. If you are a family travelling with supervised children you can proceed with the booking.

If you would like to request early check-in or late check-out, this must be requested upon booking and an additional $25p/h fee will apply (where time permits). Any unapproved late check-out will incur a $100 fee.

The second bedroom is setup as a King bed, however can be changed to twin beds (2 singles). Please request this setting upon booking.
If you require the use of the baby cot, please let us know upon booking so we can make sure to provide you with additional linen - cost $10.

Please note that the lockbox access is only available until 11pm every night and therefore, we can not accept arrivals after 11pm.
Misplaced/lost keys will incur an additional $150 fee.

Please note that we have a STRICT no party, no smoking, no noise, no events policy at the apartment.
Any evidence of the above will result in an additional $150 fee.
Any noise breach may result in eviction which does happen by Mantra 24/7 Security.

When booking my apartment, you'll be offered a complimentary welcome pack which includes coffee pods, sugar, teas, biscuits.
As well as, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry and dishwashing supplies for all your basic needs.
Where possible you'll find the supplies in the appartment have been chosen as being environmentally friendly and curilty free. So, please enjoy and be mindful with your use of these supplies.

You get to stay in a tranquil and relaxed neighborhood and therefore, we ask you to respect the right of everyone to enjoy a quiet and peaceful time.
No parties or events allowed - Noise complaint fee $100.
No smoking or illegal substances on the premises - dishonour fee $150.
No pets allowed.
Suitable for toddlers and children under 12 - Cot linen fee $10.
No unregistered guests allowed - dishonour fee $100 pp/pn.
Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
Please respect the noise curfew 11pm.
Please don't set the AC below 21 degrees C.
AC can only be used in one area at a time, i.e. bedroom or living (switch at entry)
Please turn off the AC when you go out.
Please respect check-in and check-out times.
Pre-approved early check-in fee $25 p/h (where time permits).
Pre-approved late check-out fee $25 p/h (where time permits).
Unapproved early checkin or late checkout fees $100.
Please take extra care of your keys.
Lost keys incur a replacement fee of $150.
Please take care of the furnishings and don’t rearrange the furniture.
