Indulge in the charm of Roscoe Village with our beautifully designed 3-bed condo. Elegant yet cozy, it offers modern comforts and a fully equipped kitchen. Relax in spacious living areas or explore nearby boutiques, cafes and nightlife. My home is near some of the best antique stores and music venues in the city! With easy access to parks and the city's attractions, it's the perfect Chicago retreat for families or friends. Book now and savor the quintessential Windy City experience!

You may have read my reviews and noted issues guests had with the parking. As such, parking is no longer available as the drive was too tight for those traveling with larger vehicles.


Unfortunately, my place is not suitable for children. There are some non child safe areas as it is an older building.


Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.


Local guests are permitted to book on an exception basis only. Local groups looking to use the property for a party, gathering or other group event are expressly prohibited and your reservation may be canceled.


Anyguest booking this property must be staying at the property for the full duration of the reservation and is responsible for the actions of all people in the group. Bookings made on behalf of others are allowed for some unique circumstances so please inquire if you are planning to book for someone else but do not intend to stay yourself.


Very simply, please respect my home and my neighbors. Please read these rules carefully and take them seriously, failure to comply will result in forfeiture of your deposit and/or termination of your reservation without a refund.


1.) No parties or additional overnight guests without prior approval. Noise disturbances reported by neighbors or police are unacceptable.

2.) Additional visitors are not permitted at my property.  Only registered guests may access the property for the entire duration of your stay.

3.) Please ensure you have left the premises and returned any keys issued to the designated location by the agreed upon check-out time. Failure to do so will result in a $250 late check-out penalty.

4.) Absolutely no smoking (of anything) inside the unit or on building premises. Additionally, local law prohibits smoking within 15 feet of any entrance. If there is evidence of smoking, including odor, there will be a $1,000 smoke remediation charge. “Smoking” means inhaling, exhaling, breathing, carrying, or possessing any lighted or electronic cigar, cigarette, pipe, vaporizer, joint, or other tobacco or marijuana product in any manner or in any form. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, may be used, grown, stored or consumed on the premises.

5.) Please be respectful of my neighbors and be mindful of noise and loud music. Please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM-8:00 AM daily.

6.) Pets are not allowed at the property unless previously approved and pet fee paid. You will be charged $500 if you bring an unauthorized animal.

7.) Lockouts will result in a $150 fee per occurrence. Additionally, lost keys will incur a $50 per key fee.

8.) I acknowledge that as the primary guest on the reservation that I am staying at the property for the entire duration of the stay and responsible for the actions of all guests.  If you are NOT staying at the property and booking on behalf of others, please contact us as limited exceptions are permitted to this rule.

10.) Lost and Found:  We are not responsible for any personal items left behind. If you let us know what personal items you are missing we will make an attempt to locate those in our lost and found and have them shipped to you at your own expense. Please be sure to check the home (including all drawers and closets) before you depart to ensure you have all of your personal belongings.

* To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of your stay, provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check. This information is collected for verification purposes only and is not stored or otherwise used for any other purpose.

* We do additional verifications using AutoHost after you book and we reserve the right to reject bookings that fail our tests. Additionally, you must have a good track record on Airbnb as a guest.

good for short stay
Adequate for our purpose at a good price. Lots of space to spread out. Needs a good cleaning and some upgrades but good for a couple of days.

Nice apartment in a safe neighborhood
I stayed with three other friends in this unit. It was suitable for what we needed. We had to be extra mindful of not making noise because the floors and walls were thin. The check-in process was a little messy, but they were able to provide me with what I needed after a couple of phone calls. The area felt safe, with plenty of hot spots within walking distance, including Whole Foods. The place was clean and had a good amount of amenities.

Cute House
The house was pretty alright for our purposes. The floors are very creaky and there is a sign to walk inside without shoes to stay quiet. Even barefoot it's very loud. There were some very loud neighbors upstairs at about 1:30am on a Sunday. Not sure if that is also a rental or they're always there but it was frustrating. The front door is shared but feels mostly secure. The back door leads to a hallway that is in dire need of upkeep. We used it only to take out the trash. The house was very spacious and accommodated all of our party. The price was much less than other rentals in the area on our particular weekend. I might try a less busy street next time, but overall the experience was good.
