The Space:

Welcome to Five Points, one of Denver’s oldest and most dynamic neighborhoods! This bright, modern condo is contemporary Denver living at its finest. With 2 bedrooms, 2 pristine bathrooms, a sleek kitchen, and a balcony, this home is perfect for enjoying the best of urban living nearby the neighborhood’s most popular attractions.

As you enter, the bright open layout provides a peaceful yet vibrant atmosphere to enjoy every moment of your stay. Chill out in the living area, get some fresh air on the balcony or mingle in the community courtyard while catching a sunset.

The Layout:

Use the parking spots in the 2-car garage to park your vehicle off-street. The parking garage is located off 25th St. underneath the complex’s vertical greenhouse. The condo is located on the second floor.

● Living area with Smart TV and streaming services

● Deck off of the living room with courtyard views

Guest Access:
Our guests will have access to a parking garage and the condo, including the deck and community courtyard. In addition, we offer self check-in/out for maximum independence and privacy.

The Neighborhood:
Five Points is the perfect home base for exploring Denver and the Front Range. This neighborhood is well known among Mile High locals for its walkability and historical significance. The neighborhood has a ton of charm, and one of its most alluring features is its proximity to other best-of-Denver areas such as City Park, Lower Downtown (LoDo), and the River North Arts District (RiNo). You’ll find coffee shops, craft breweries, museums, and independent music venues outside your door. Soak up the tasteful and vibrant blend of old and new establishments while exploring Denver’s historic landmarks and longstanding food institutions.

Local eateries that are a short walk, bicycle ride, or car ride away:

Choice Market (1 mile away) - Modern food market and cafe offering produce, pastries, and grab-and-go items.

Denver Central Market (0.2 miles away) - Gourmet marketplace and food hall housing a variety of local vendors. Meat and fish counters, a greengrocer, a bakery, a pizzeria, and more!

Looking to recharge in the mountains? Hop onto I-70 to experience breathtaking hikes and views within an hour. One of Colorado's main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive a little over an hour through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within a couple of hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.

This location is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the best of Denver and the Rockies! But, of course, it's impossible to see everything in one visit, so we look forward to hosting you again after you fall in love with Mile High Life.

Getting Around:
If you've never been to Denver, getting oriented is easy. The Rocky Mountains are to the West, and Downtown is South of where you will be staying. I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas, while you can hop on I-25 to access Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. The 36 takes you to Boulder and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.

Denver is a highly walkable city. In addition to nearby Downtown, RiNo Art District, Whittier, and City Park are excellent choices for strolling. Prefer to do your exploring on two wheels? Grab a B-Cycle and get pedaling! For those without a car, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft. Premier attractions such as City Park, Denver Zoo, and Denver Botanic Gardens are a short, inexpensive ride away. Get exploring!
