The Space:
Havana7 is accessible from the property's side gate. The kitchen is spacious and allows for guests to hang out in the living room while sharing time with those in the kitchen. Both bedrooms have plenty of natural light flooding the rooms and luggage racks for all your belongings. For longer stays, laundry is available in the unit. The natural light and cozy living space provides guests with a memorable experience. The den allows for guests to to sleep on the sofabed and is separated by a wall from the living area to have an added level of privacy - when not in use as a sofabed, it serves as a beautiful nook for reading or relaxing.

An additional fee of $150 per pet is required, and they must be accompanied by you during the entire stay.
Dogs less than 40 lbs. must be well behaved.
Dogs greater than 40 lbs. must be certified service or emotional support dogs.

Self-check-in and keyless entry allows guests to arrive without any hassle and it ensures the highest level of health safety and social distance. This unit is located on the 1st floor, but will require approximately 5 steps to reach the front door.

The Neighborhood:
Little Havana is the cultural hub of Miami. It is best seen on foot, which is easy from our place as it is only 1 block away from the infamous Calle Ocho. The best part of Little Havana is its proximity to Brickell City Centre, Miami's newest luxury outdoor retail center. Havana7 is a 7 minute drive from Brickell City Centre with restaurant that are open for all hours of the day providing delivery and take-out. Popular dining options in Brickell City Centre include Casa Tua, Pubelly Sushi, and Tacology.

Getting Around:
Accessing our place is easy! If you are arriving with a car, uber/lyft/taxi drivers can drop you off directly at the entrance of the building. The entrance gate is located on the right-hand side. In general, Little Havana is best seen in the daytime by foot along the famous 8th Street better known as "Calle Ocho," but bike and scooter rentals are available just minutes away in the Brickell area and can be used to explore Brickell and Downtown. The Miami Metro is an easy way to explore Miami beyond Little Havana and Brickell - the Brickell Metro Station is a 7 min ride away.
