Lanimer Spectacular Waterfront

Lanimer is located right at the end of the point and takes advantage of amazing views over the beautiful waterways of Port Stephens to the Heads.
With stunning bathrooms and beautiful decor throughout, you will not find a better place to have your next holiday. Located directly on the waterfront at the end of the point so you can take advantage of the amazing views over the beautiful waterways of Port Stephens straight through the headlands as far as the eye can see.

Internally this spacious tri-level apartment is perfect for the extended family holiday or escape with a few friends. The middle (entrance) level boasts the main living area, which has a split system air conditioner, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, complete cooking facilities and DeLonghi Nespresso coffee machine, balcony and a beautiful main bedroom with a gorgeous ensuite.

Up a couple of stairs you will find two more bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with twin single beds. The main bathroom with bath, shower and laundry are also on this level, the toilet is located in the laundry and the laundry has a front loader washing machine/ dryer.

Downstairs there is another large living area and queen bedroom with another gorgeous ensuite, this room has access outside and has stunning views.

Every room in this unit has magnificent water views and completed with quality and comfort, once you arrive at Lanimer the rest of the world will seem a million miles away!

Step outside to your beautifully manicured lawns perfect for a picnic or an afternoon fire pit whilst the kids play in the sand with the beach view or if you are lucky spot the dolphins pass by. These calm waters on your door step are perfect to kayak or paddle board in the bay or around the headland for a coffee stop at the Boat Shed cafe.

All within walking distance is the boat ramp, Soldiers Point Tennis Club, The Deck Restaurant, Soldiers Point Marina and more. Sunset Beach is known for being a popular spot to see koalas especially afternoon or you could head over for a fish on the public wharf and bring your catch home to BBQ on balcony.

Soldiers Point lies on a peninsula that juts out from the southern shores of Port Stephens and separates the eastern third of the port from the western two-thirds. It is surrounded by absolute waterfront. With stunning waterways, tranquil bushland and calm safe swimming beaches all on offer, you ll never want to go leave.
This is a great location for you to watch the sunset over the water.
It s close to the popular Nelson Bay, and shares many of the same traits as its neighbours. There is a fine marina, a relaxed lifestyle and calm beach waters. The jetties on either side of the point offer great fishing.
Soldiers Point Marina provides the perfect hub for exploring the magnificent waterways and hinterland of Port Stephens - a region covering nearly 1,000 square kilometres of scenic diversity, mild weather and extensive tourist facilities. Totally rebuilt to world-class standards, the marina offers the boatowner a state-of-the-art base, with a quality of services and facilities rarely seen on the eastern seaboard.


To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.

Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.

A $1000 Security Deposit (pre authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or visa.

You can check in anytime between the hours of 2pm and 5pm on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.

Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.

Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.

The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.

If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 pm and 8.00 am.
