Welcome to the Brayview Cottage, where your summer memories await! Escape the public beach crowds of Grand Bend with exclusive access to Bayview's privately owned beach . Situated on a 1/3 acre lot , our renovated four season cottage on Stanley is literally steps away from the private stairs to the Sandy beach known for award winning Lake Huron sunsets. This glorious beach with beautiful shallow water is perfect for young children and families.
Our cottage offers plenty of space inside and out to host up to 8 people.

This spacious 3 bedroom cottage offers two bedrooms with queen beds and one kids room with two twin beds and a bunkbed. All bedrooms are equipped with built in closest for easy storage.
Guest have access to a large kitchen, living room for relaxation and washer & dryer
The outdoor area has a large covered front porch, a screened in sunroom, BBQ, and firepit.

Its location is one of the best in the area: Located in the Bayview area steps from the White Squirrel Golf Course (3 min walk) between the lovely towns of Grand Bend (10 min drive) and Bayfield (15 min drive). Beaches galore with a private community beach (2 min walk), two public beaches both about a 5 min drive (St. Joseph and Hay Park at Sarasas Rd) and public beaches at Grand Bend and Bayfield. The Pinery Provincial Park, which is about a 20 min drive, is open year-round and offers fabulous winter activities.
Darkhorse Estate Winery and Hessenland Inn&Schatz Winery are both within a 10min drive from the cottage as are several breweries such as Bad Apple.

Another great feature is the nearby playground, right next to the property. Your kids will love it!

Brayview Cottage is Family Oriented - parties are not allowed or tolerated.
Pet's will be considered at the discretion of owner.
