One of the rooms in the Airbnb is reserved for the co-owner's use when the space is not being rented out. However, when the space is being rented, the co-owner will not be present.

Please respect our check-in and check-out times to allow the time necessary for our professional cleaners to ensure our unit is sanitized.
• NO SHOES in the house

CHILDREN SAFETY:
We do not have gates around the stairs, so younger children should always be watched. Please ensure a responsible adult is watching the children outdoors at all time. We are not liable for any accidents during your stay.

GUEST AMENITIES:
Shampoo, conditioner, body wash and soap, are provided in each bathroom.

CAMERA
We want our guests to enjoy their vacation, but please be respectful of our neighbors and keep the outdoor noise to a minimum. we have a security cameras in the front of the house and in the backyard. 1000 fines will be charged for violating NO PARTY rules and noise complaints from the neighbors. The neighbors will call the cops and you will be EVICTED if you do not keep noise down outside after 11PM.

Perfect house and friendly host
The house id 10 of 10, everything is new, modern and stylish, every subtle detail in the house is well thought. The host is attentive, quick to response and friendly. The only thing I wish to know from the beginning is that the house has two entrances - one for the first floor and the other is for second floor. So there can be two parties at the same time and I was renting only the second floor, sometimes I was able to hear neighbors from the first floor. Not that it changes a lot but I’d prefer this to be clearly stated in rental listing description.

Really nice and comfortable home!
The house was wonderful, exactly how it is described in the listing. Went for a long weekend birthday celebration with family and friends. The house is also in a nice location with easy access to many neighborhoods of Vancouver. Host was great at communicating at all times. Would recommend.
