This apartment is located next to the North Terrace. It is extremely convenience for shopping, food, and public transportation.

You will be surrounded by most of the Adelaide's high-rated attractions. Regardless you are coming over for a business trip, weekend getaway, short-term stay or travel, this amazing location and the well-prepared apartment surely would be your number one choice of living.

The tram stop is right next to your door step. The feel tram would take you to explore Adelaide city, the central market and China Town. You can also take the paid the tram to one of Adelaide's most beautiful beach - Glenelg.

Other Things to Note:
##IMPORTANT##
The fire alarm of this property is monitored and the fire truck will arrive if the alarm is triggered. The Fire and Emergency Services fee of a minimum $1200 will be charged and the guest is responsible for all the fees and charges.

1. If you are not 100% satisfied with the cleanliness of the apartment upon arrival, we will arrange a cleaner to address your concerns within 6 hours.

*Any issues with cleanliness must be brought up to the host within 6 hours of check-in and must allow for remediation. No refunds will be allowed if remediation is not permitted.

2. The Apartment is professionally cleaned each stay, the guest is requested to return the apartment in a neat and tidy manner on check out - any damages, or excess cleaning will be charged to the guest.

3. We work hard to make sure every guest is happy and enjoys the stay, so please ensure the total number of guests is accurate at booking.

4. We could provide a Single air mattress and extra linen for you. However, you will be charged $50 per guest per stay.
4.1. $50 per stay will be charged if the sofa bed is required to use.

5. Cot, highchair and baby bath could be provided upon request with a charge of $20 per item. Please let us know when you make a booking:)

Please kindly notice that we only have limited stocks of Cot, highchairs, and baby baths. We might not BE able to provide any cots, highchairs, and baby baths if we are out of stock.

6. Luggage Storage
For weekdays 9.30 am-5.30 pm, if you need to temperately store your luggage, please come to our office at 239 Wright St Adelaide SA 5000, you can leave it in our office for free.
Another option is lockers at Adelaide Central Bus Station, which operates from 6:00 am to 9:30 pm, seven days a week.

7. Lost and found property
We only keep ‘lost and found property’ for up to two weeks. If guests approach us for the ‘lost and found property’, please provide your current residential address and we are happy to post it for you. However, guests are responsible for all postage fees.

8. After making a reservation, you might be requested to provide identification. This important measure is in place to maintain a secure environment and ensure that all guests meet our age verification requirements. As part of our policy, we cannot rent our rooms to individuals below a certain age or to someone using a different name.

Great location
Great apartment in a great location. Check in process was a disappointment, arrived at the check in location only to find there was no key left. After numerous confused phone calls, we’re told to go to the location of the apartment and someone would meet us. After waiting another 30 min for someone to give us a key we could finally park our car and head up to the apartment. Whole process took over an hour. The lady that we were talking to on the phone wasn’t even the host and was very confused and unsure what to do!
