Live the Downtown Denver dream life in the historic Bayly Building, originally built in 1912. This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo combines the best of authentic loft charm with exposed brick walls and concrete beams while featuring updated, luxurious fixtures and finishes.

The 15-foot ceilings and the expansive, 9-foot-tall windows provide a spacious feel, ample natural light, and breathtaking city views. You’ll love the modern updates throughout the home, including stylish decor and furniture, two contemporary bathrooms, and a gourmet kitchen with a double oven, induction cooktop, and espresso machine. The building also boasts a rooftop deck, where you can grill out and enjoy the fabulous weather Colorado is known for!

The layout:
During your stay, you will have access to one designated, covered parking spot in the parking garage next door.

Guest Access:
Our guests will have access to the entire condo and a covered parking spot in the garage next door.
To check-in, guests will need to first find street parking and enter the condo to get the fob for access to the parking garage.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the Business District in Downtown Denver, ideally located for exploring Denver and the Front Range. This neighborhood is well known among Mile High locals for its walkability and historical significance. The community has a ton of charm, and one of its most desirable features is its proximity to other best-of-Denver areas such as City Park, Lower Downtown (LoDo), and the River North Arts District (RiNo). You’ll find coffee shops, craft breweries, museums, sports venues, and independent music venues outside your door. Soak up the tasteful and vibrant blend of old and new establishments while exploring Denver’s historic landmarks and longstanding food institutions.

Local eateries that are a short walk, bicycle ride, or car ride away:

Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery (400 feet away) - Hopping brewpub offering a large array of craft beers.
Viewhouse Ballpark (0.2 miles away) - Bustling restaurant and bar across from Coors Field with a rooftop.

Looking to recharge in the mountains? Hop onto I-70 to experience breathtaking hikes and views within an hour. One of Colorado's main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive a little over an hour through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing. Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. We're also within a couple of hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, and Copper Mountain.

Getting Around:
The Rocky Mountains are to the West of where you will be staying. HWY 285 and I-70 West will take you into the mountains and straight to the ski areas, while you can hop on I-25 to access Boulder and Fort Collins to the North and Colorado Springs to the South. I-25 to HWY 36 takes you to Boulder and eventually the Rocky Mountain National Park gateway towns of Lyons and Estes Park.

Denver is a highly walkable city. In addition to nearby Downtown, RiNo Art District, Whittier, and City Park are excellent choices for strolling. You’re a 7-minute walk to Coors Field and a 10-minute walk to the Diary Block. Prefer to do your exploring on two wheels? Grab a B-Cycle and get pedaling! For those without a car, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft. Premier attractions such as City Park, Denver Zoo, and Denver Botanic Gardens are a short, inexpensive ride away. Get exploring!

No pets, parties, or smoking is allowed in the home. In addition, quiet hours are observed from 10 PM - 8 AM. Any noise violations or complaints from neighbors may result in reservation cancellation and/or a monetary penalty. We appreciate your courtesy.

Please note the parking on site is garage parking. Large Trucks with extended cabs will not fit.
