The Space:
This cozy 1BR apartment is designed to give you a comfortable & relaxed stay while making you feel welcoming & right at home!

As you step in, you will be welcomed by a cozy living area furnished with a modern couch that is convertible into a bed (sleep 1) where you can sit back & relax while watching your favorite TV series on the smart flat screen TV. A wooden center table, unique cabinet console & plant decorative makes this space perfect for relaxation, while the glass window radiates serenity to this space. You may access your own private balcony through this area and in bedroom.

If you fancy cooking, then a fully functional kitchen on the other side with all the modern appliances and necessities is perfect for you which is fully equipped with a stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, fridge, cutlery and cookware. Adjacent to it is the cozy dining area where 6 people can comfortably sit that will elevate your dining bond with your loved ones. Enjoy the delectable meals with your companion, whether home-cooked or takeaway food from the nearby restaurants.

A comfy king-sized bed fitted with a luxurious mattress, premium linen & soft pillows will welcome you in the bedroom for your overall comfort. The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available upon request if you have your ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a train or tram, there is a nearby tram station called Marina Towers Tram Station (3 minutes away) that you can ride if you simply want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, or Marina Mall. It is also connected to a train station that is the Damac Properties Metro Station where you can ride a train to go around in Dubai (Dubai Mall, Mall of the Emirates, etc.).

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy & Tourism (DET).

**Please be advised that smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result to forfeiture of the entire security deposit.

***Please be advised that there will be maintenance works in one of the units on the 20th floor from 27th September – 27th December 2023. Noisy work is strictly from 9 AM-2 PM only & no noisy work during the weekends. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
