The sofa bed is brand new and boasts a firm comfortable mattress that was installed in June 2023.

Little getaway
Me and my partner absolutely love the apartment its fantastic very clean and very nice with great location. Has a coles underneath the building which is very convenient and overall definitely great place to stay.

Quite & convenient location
Me & my partner were after a quite getaway & it was exactly that.
Nice & clean apartment, Coles supermarket in the same building and a nice park just in front.
The buildings gym, and pool were great additions.
Host was very accommodating to our requests. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice modern apartment
Clean and new apartment. Owner was very accommodating in meeting us to check in as our flight was delayed twice! Bonus was a Cole’s supermarket below the apartment and a 3 minute walk to South wharf DFO.

Superb location
Amazing location with everything close by. Shops, cafes and restaurants all within 10 minutes walk or on the ground floor.
Unit had a comfortable bed and all new kitchen appliances with required utensils.
Yousef was extremely accomadating with check-in, even meeting me at my workplace as I had flown in the day previous from interstate to start a new job.

Ideal stay for a work-related trip
The apartment is spacious, clean and filled with light. Communication with the property manager was quick and easy. I had a problem with the Internet when I arrived and it was fixed by the next morning. The building's gym and rooftop terrace have incredible views, there is a highly convenient supermarket downstairs and a bus stop opposite the building. I missed having an operative washing machine, otherwise, it is the perfect place to stay for a work-related trip.

I only stayed one of 8 nights that I paid for because the place was uncomfortable (bed and matress) and I think the mattress was being used by someone else when not rented out as the top sheet was overtop another used sheet. Another two layers of puffy filling underneath the two bottom sheets. The mattress caved in at the side. There were used thongs available on the patio! Open food packets like chips and deydrated milk and protein powder in the pantry. The fridge was unclean. I asked for a refund. Not given. I took a video of the bed layers and the caved in bed.no lock box for collection of keys made accessing the property very complicated. As my flight arrived after 5pm, I was asked to go the Melbourne recital centre to collect my keys! An entirely unreasonable request. Then the owner had to show me through everything in the apartment at 9pm at night after his concert was finished. I will not used Stayz ever again.

New, Convenient and Peaceful
This new one-bedroom apartment in South Melbourne is the perfect place for my wife and me to be in the city while not being in city. It is just a short walk to the tram stop, which will take you into the city centre in minutes, or you can simply stroll into the city
The location is in a quiet area so very peaceful at night.
The flat is new and well-appointed and I found it suitable for my short stay.
Overall, this is a fantastic flat in a great location. It is perfect for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable place to stay in South Melbourne

Great little apartment in a good location
We had a great stay in this brand new apartment in South Melbourne. Yousef communicated with us very well and everything was easy and as described. There were some issues with TV and wifi but it’s a new apartment and we understood there are often teething problems.
The apartment itself was lovely, brand new and sparkling clean. The location was convenient to the city with the tram line very close by but was removed from the noise and chaos of being right in the middle. We also had a lovely walk through the park to the Port of Melbourne
It seems like there is a lot of development going on in this area at the moment, with a Coles being built right underneath which is fantastic. We would definitely stay at Yousef’s apartment again!
