A half bath/powder room and the laundry room with full size washer and dryer are located at the front of the house and the 2-car garage provides space for parking 1 guest vehicle and storage of the beach chairs and umbrellas, all included. The ultimate bonus of living in Park Shore is access to the private Park Shore Beach Park, offering free parking and restrooms, located less than a mile from the house! Also within walking distance, you will find Starbuck?s, Fresh Market as well as many other conveniences along US 41. Bike and boat rentals are available nearby for exploring the scenic tree-lined roads and tranquil waterways - a stay at Park Shore Retreat is truly an escape to paradise with all the comforts of home!

PETS: This home is selectively dog friendly and requires prior approval - please provide the age, breed and size of your dog with booking inquiry. Pet fees of $25 per day, per pet plus an additional $100 pet cleaning fee will be applied upon approval.
