Le Reve is a six-bedroom beach house located on a private beach area in Baie Rouge, Saint Martin in the Caribbean.

The vacation home luxuriously accommodates up to 12 guests and describes itself as a “self-contained paradise”, a “magnificent, super deluxe” villa.

There is an enormous pool terrace that is facing the beach with glass railing and seating for sunning, conversation and dining as well as a spacious covered outdoor terrace with living and dining areas and an open-air kitchen with a stainless grill, two gas burners, refrigerator, ice maker, sink and a raised bar. This area opens through wrought iron gates and arched openings to picturesque rock gardens and leads to the Observation Terrace with an almost 360 degree view of 3 bodies of water and all the surrounding islands. This terrace with its' built-in seating and an area for sunning is another comfortable living area.

This luxury villa includes a Media Room featuring a 50" Plasma Home Theatre. Equipped with a DVD single movie player as well as a DVD Burner housing up to 20 first-run movies at your fingertip. In addition, an extensive movie library is available to use as well as an extensive CD Library.

Including its own private chef, a spa, a massage room, a tennis court and even a hairdressing salon section, this villa is its own private resort all in one.

Other Things to Note:
$1,500 Food Deposit must be paid by guest in cash upon arrival - If there is a balance to pay, the guest can top up the food budget with a credit card payment at the end of the stay, BUT cash must be presented upon check-in to make sure the initial food provisioning is covered.

Concierge
Starting July 1, 2023 - Breakfast Program:
We are launching a breakfast delivery service to accommodate the guests for their first meal of the day.
Here are the details:
-The price per person is 9$
-What is included : Tea, Coffee, Orange Juice, Apple Juice, Croissants, Pains au Chocolat, Lemon, Butter, Jam, Sugar, French Baguette
-Order must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.
-Delivery times are between : 7:45am – 11:00am
