This unique escape is on top of the mountains overlooking Yucca valley and Joshua Tree National Park. The driveway going up to the house will make you feel secluded and the higher you go the views get better and better! The house is large with plenty of space for everyone to spread out, with vaulted ceilings, heated floors and a cozy fireplace you'll never want to leave! The pool can be heated, the backyard fully fenced and the kitchen has two giant islands built for lots of cooking!

* *Secluded on a mountain top with a long driveway that leads to the property.
* *When you walk in you’ll be surprised by the size, the vaulted ceilings, open * * * *concept and the gigantic oversized windows in the living room where you can see for miles overlooking yucca valley.
* *The kitchen has two large islands and is fully stocked with everything you could need to cook during your stay!
* *There are two master bedrooms, one with a queen bed, the other with a king bed. The king master has a private patio, a jetted bathtub, fireplace and a private entrance to the backyard area by the hot tub.
* *The bunk bed room has two full size beds that sleep two adults comfortably on each bed. Under the bunk bed is a pull out trundle that is also full size. Right outside of the bunk bed room is the 3rd full bathroom.
* *The layout of the house is custom and made to entertain. The bedrooms are spread out giving privacy and convenience but also well thought out and accessible.
* *When you walk outside it feels like another world - you are surrounded by boulders, hillside and a view for miles. The back has a variety of seating options - a large table with chairs, Sun loungers, benches and chairs. Other amenities in back include a propane grill and a wood burning firepit.
* *The pool can be heated (additional fee), and the spa over flows into the pool which gives such a calming vibe to hear the waterfall! Stargazing is Insta worthy in both the front and backyard.
* * We have stocked the house with everything you could need while away from home. If you aren’t able to disconnect during your stay the WiFi is fast, and the tv has all streaming options!
* *The house has central a/c and heat. All bedrooms have fans. Both garage floors are heated and have ac.
* *All towels, linens and toiletries are provided. We have extras of everything if needed!

The house is for guests to use, we have 2 large garage spaces with heated flooring that can be used upon request.

Although we most likely won’t meet in person we are local and available 24/7 during your stay!

Pool and spa are open 365 days a year, the pool can be heated for AN ADDITIONAL CHARGE OF $175/NIGHT, the spa is not an additional charge.

Vacation Rental Agreement – This agreement is not a lease and conveys no rights in real property at any time. By agreeing to these terms, you stipulate and agree that you have not and will not receive a real property interest in or rights to the Property.

1. You may not exceed the number of people stated on your reservation confirmation at any time without prior approval (regardless of whether they are staying the night or just visiting). You may not have more than six cars on the property. Guests in excess of confirmed booking amount will incur an additional $250 per person per night additional fee. This goes for day guests as well.

2. Our neighbors are sensitive to noise after 10pm. No excessive outdoor noise from 10pm-7am is allowed on the property. Please be respectful of our neighbors. Sound carries in the desert. Outdoor amenities may be used during quiet hours as long as voices remain at conversational level. Not following will result in a $1,000 fine and you will be asked to leave the property.

3. No drums, electronic guitars, microphones or amps are allowed on the property. Any use of these subject items on the property will result in withholding of part or all of the security deposit.

4. The primary / booking guest must be staying overnight at the vacation property unless agreed to otherwise prior to the booking. The primary booker is responsible for making sure all guests are aware of the subject vacation rental agreement and property rules. The primary booker also assumes the responsibility to make sure their guests follow the subject rules herein and acknowledges that their security deposit will be utilized for damage and rule breaches for themselves and their guests’ actions.

5. Your sole right to use the property begins with 3pm check-in and ends at 11am check-out, unless other times are approved in advance.

6. No pets are allowed on the property unless agreed to otherwise in writing. $75 per approved pet. If an unauthorized dog or pet is brought to the property, an additional incurred cost of $500 will be charged for excess cleaning, wear & tear and breach of the subject vacation rental agreement.

7. Since we are in the high desert, potentially hazardous, dangerous, and poisonous animals could be on the property. Please wear proper footwear, watch your steps while walking around the property and use a flashlight at night.

8. A lot of love and care has went into this property. Please leave our property as you have found it. Please put all décor items back to their original location on the property.

9. Unauthorized late check-out in excess of 1 hour will incur a $400 fee. Unauthorized late check-out in excess of 2 hours will incur a fee equal to that day’s base booking rate in addition to any refunds provided to the following guests that may not be able to check-in on time.

10. Our property is on a septic system so please do not flush anything other than toilet paper.

11. No off-roading behavior is allowed on the property such as dirt bikes or quads. If off-roading vehicles are going to be on the property for use off the property, please request approval from the host prior to bringing them on the property.

12. Please keep all doors and other dwelling doors closed to keep wildlife desert animals outside.

13. Do not bring RVs or tents without the host’s prior approval.

14. No professional photo shoots are allowed without prior approval. If you are interested in a photo shoot please contact the host for dates and pricing.

15. Special events including the following but not all inclusively listed herein like weddings, yoga retreats, sound baths, and meditation retreats are not permitted without prior written approval from the host. Please contact the host for special pricing and prior arrangements thereof to insure all proper permit(s) and insurance(s) are sought if needed.

16. The pool is an additional $150/night to heat. You must let us know 24/hours in advance if you would like it heated..

17. No Subletting. Primary Booker and/or their guests may not sublet the dome property, trailers, or outdoor areas in whole or in part without the prior written consent of the host.

Yucca valley great view, but a shame.
Although a great location, the house was not well-maintained/kept up. It was clean, but lots of outlets and light fixtures didn’t work. Kitchen didn’t have decent pots, pans, dishware. No containers. It felt a lot shabbier than the description, once you started living in it. The pool was great, and they are very nice managers. But a repair person came that we didn’t request, but had been scheduled. Why, when a guest? After an hour in the house, I called to have them ask to leave. But instead, they worked for another hour outside, with windows everywhere, it blew any privacy. There were no top sheets, any bedroom. Only fitted sheets (clean) with blankets (which weren’t freshly cleaned so felt a bit weird). Tables were cheap and rickety. A shame as this place should have an interior that matches location. Great views, but felt old inside and unattended to.
