This unique home has the ability to separate living quarters with 3 living rooms, 8 sleeping areas and 3 full-size kitchens. Spend time enjoying the sparkling pool (heating optional) with jacuzzi bench, outdoor BBQ, putting green and fire pit. This one of a kind home is perfect for relaxing getaways, celebratory groups, and extended family gatherings.

This private Kierland retreat with 7BR, 6BA home is perfect for multiple families to come together and spread out. This unique home has the ability to separate living quarters with 3 living rooms, 8 sleeping areas, 3 full-size kitchens, and separate private entrances. Spend time enjoying the sparkling pool (heating optional) with jacuzzi bench, outdoor BBQ, putting green and fire pit.

Our home hosts a wonderful time but PARTIES / EVENTS/ GATHERINGS / SHOWERS / REHEARSALS ARE NOT ALLOWED. Please only book this home if you will respect the quiet neighborhood. This home is meant for families and friends to come together and enjoy the home and it's amenities.

(Children supplies such as highchair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed)

PARKING:
Driveway can accommodate 8 vehicles. No overnight street parking allowed. NO GARAGE ACCESS.

ENTERTAINMENT:
HDTV's throughout the home with streaming services and cox cable available

POOL:
Heating Optional - the swimming pool is not normally heated and may take up to 24-36 hours to get up to desired temperature (varies with weather) and because of the heat pump system the pool heater will not operate below outside temperatures of 50 deg. Please let us know at booking time if you are interested in the heated pool option. Guests requesting this option are responsible for a service fee ($85/night - 1 week minimum plus tax and fees) added on to your reservation cost.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5-star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc. so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you are staying longer than a few days, you will need to purchase these items. Thank you!

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your party as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that information we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. I am happy to answer any questions you may have.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

*Pool and landscape vendors access the home once per week and have access to the back yard.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus.
Feel free to ask about distances, and I`ll let you know average drive times.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning team.

Service during my stay
Overall was nice, Grill not usable due to being filthy and pool took days to reach temperature set point so, only used one day and paid for 5 days.Didn’t think you should have to wash towels used due to cleaning fee which is paid up front.The pictures on line were deceptive.Makes house looks larger and more updated than it really was.
