You'll have comfort and convenience with all the contemporary essentials you want and need to relax and be self-contained. The suite is a private and quiet retreat with coded / separate entrance, private deck and garden views off a quiet neighbourhood and street.

You’ll enjoy being central to CRD Walking and Biking trails, Hartland and other Mtn Bike parks, Beaver / Elk Lake park, Saanich Commonwealth Place's pool, gym and library as well as VGH and Saanich Peninsula regional hospitals. You can also enjoy scenic drives while visiting local farmstands and vendor markets!

You're steps away from the Royal Oak bus exchange giving you access to convenient and quick public transport to and from BC Ferries, downtown Victoria and Sidney, the University of Victoria, recreational centres and trailheads as well as other regional municipalities.

And It's a short walk or drive to Broadmead and Royal Oak shopping areas where you'll find a mix of retail, business and health / wellness services.

The suite has a kitchenette, full bathroom, free wifi and Roku TV. It's full size bed sleeps up to 2 persons. There is room for a playpen or other infant / child bed.

Towels, bedding, linen, soap / shampoo, toilet paper and kitchen essentials are provided.

We offer self check in, off-street parking and covered storage / lock up for bike(s) or other sport equipment.

Our nightly rate is $100 per night. One-night minimum stay.
