Sobha Creek Vistas is situated in Mohammed Bin Rashid City and very near to the one of Dubai's coolest new neighbourhood - Dubai Design District better known as d3. D3 features avant-garde design, trendy shopping and art concepts in one stylish space. This purpose-built community is where industry heavyweights, startups and entrepreneurs connect and celebrate all things creative. Amid the concept boutiques, galleries and artist studios, many showrooms by the region’s top fashion and interiors designers can be found here. This is the place to find a designer ceramic vase or a hand-knotted fair-trade carpet before pausing for an artisan coffee, or walking into a gallery to admire contemporary art. Even the car park has a creative streak, with striking murals by Iraqi-British street artist Marwan Shakarchi, who goes by his stage name Myneandyours.

The popular Palm Jumeirah, Ain Dubai - Blue Waters, The Pointe, Madinat Jumeirah, Legoland for kids, Global Village, IMG Worlds of Adventure, Mall of the Emirates, Dubai Mall and Dubai Butterfly Garden are all just a short drive away.

Getting Around:
Parking is available in the building if you have your own ride (which is preferable). Nonetheless, Uber and Careem are also options for booking a taxi.

Sobha Creek Tower A bus stop is the nearest bus stop is in Dubai Polo Club which is 3.9km away from the property which can take you to Dubai Mall.

Dubai Marina: 28KM
Dubai International Airport: 13KM
Dubai Creek Harbour: 10KM

Getting on a train will bring you to different places in Dubai. It is also connected to the tram system that can get you to JBR, Media City, Marina, Knowledge Village, and more. It is also linked to the monorail that can get you around Palm Jumeirah.

If you rent a car, make sure you get a navigator or use your mobile map app. Dubai intersections are pretty confusing!

The community has excellent transport links to the rest of the town, particularly the major hubs in downtown Dubai, Business Bay, and DIFC. Lined by major highways. However, the location is what makes this development special. Dubai has several pipeline developments that offer a similar kind of living space, but Sobha Hartland is perhaps one of the only fully developed communities right next to the Water Canal in Dubai.
