The fully equipped kitchen offers white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and an island with barstool seating. The dining area serves as the perfect entertainment space as it offers scenic views, ample seating for your whole party, and close proximity to the kitchen.

The first-floor primary bedroom features a wall mounted flat-screen TV, a king-sized bed with notable bedding, and 2 comfortable sofa chairs. It also features a private bathroom with a double sink vanity, a glass walk-in shower, and a spacious bathtub.

The second-floor features 2 more bedrooms, both perfect for kids as each offer private bathrooms.

Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home's front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.

You may use your credit for bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas, beach carts, kayaks, stand-up paddleboards, and more – the choice is yours!

RESERVATION PROCESS: Your reservation is not confirmed until you return the Akers Ellis Rental Agreement. This document will be sent to you via email within a few hours of making your reservation. You need to review and electronically fill out, sign, and submit the agreement within 24 hours. Once returned, Akers Ellis will collect payment and send you a reservation confirmation via email.
