Nestled on the 4th floor of Sea Coast Gardens III, you are met with a beautiful view of the No-Drive Beach and Atlantic Ocean directly from your private balcony. The condo's interior has been completely renovated and features pristine, white furnishings accented with lively tropical prints. Enjoy the many shared onsite amenities including beach access stairs, multiple beachfront pools, a rare kiddie pool, shuffleboard courts, and gas grills.

This condo is pet friendly with a $200 non-refundable pet fee for one dog weighing 25lbs or less. The dog must be housebroken, neutered or spayed and cannot be less than one (1) year old. Breed restrictions apply.

This property is currently under construction repairing the seawall and beach deck. Due to this project, there may be reduced guest parking availability and noise disturbances. Temporary beach steps are in place to allow beach access during this project. The estimated completion is late Spring/early Summer 2024.
