Feel the Magic of Moffat, steps to the beach!

Summary:
Wake up to the ocean breeze and spend the afternoons with sandy toes and salty skin on the picturesque coastline of Moffat Beach. This stylish home is perfectly designed for a relaxing trip away with family or friends, equipped with all the amenities needed. Its also in an ideal position only a few mins walk to the beach, a brewery and a wonderful selection of cafes and restaurants. So pack your sandals, you can even bring the pooch as well, as it's pet friendly!

The Space:
As you enter this home, you are greeted with a relaxing open plan beachside design, light-filled living spaces and cool ocean breezes throughout the entire place. The gourmet kitchen serves as the hub of the home featuring spacious bench tops, oven, microwave, dishwasher, large double door fridge. Cookware and appliances provided including a Nespresso machine! (please note pods not included).

The eastern deck runs the length of the living room with an outdoor BBQ area that merges with the indoor kitchen when the wall of sliding glass is opened. Here you can entertain family and friends while watching the children play in the sparkling in ground pool.

The main level features three bedrooms and two bathrooms, including the master-bedroom with ensuite and walk-in robe. The master bedroom has a sliding door opening up onto the adjoining deck.

A self contained guest suite is also available for an additional price making this suitable to sleep a total of 10 people. Out the back of the main house is the separate bungalow with 1 King and 1 Queen, its own kitchenette and bathroom.

Private and secluded patio area with pool out the back.
Laundry can be found under the main house to the right of the stairs.

- 60 minutes to Noosa Heads

Guests have access to the entire place. The coded gate next to driveway will not be of use though.

And if surfing isn't your thing, don't worry—the gentle shoreline is ideal for swimming and sunbathing.

From hearty breakfasts to gourmet dinners, Moffat's dining scene caters to all tastes and budgets.
