The Space:
This bright, stylish 2BR apartment has a stunning open floor concept that is filled with natural light throughout the day.

Take a seat while relaxing on the comfortable sofa while entertaining yourself with the flat-screen 65" TV, which is mounted on the wall over the classy white-furnished console cabinet. Thanks to its glass wall windows, you will be mesmerized by the picture-perfect views. The spacious layout has been carefully designed to allow more natural light in and have a true feeling of relaxation that you're looking for. This space is finished with a gorgeous center table that is complimented by the gold-tone furniture accents that give texture and individuality, a beautiful pendant light, soft carpet, and unique décor that oozes the space.

The modern chef’s kitchen has fully high-end and upgraded appliances and household accessories for your cooking needs, and it includes a kitchen island counter across the modern 6-seater dining set.

On the other side are the bedrooms, which are well-sized and complete with hotel-quality linens, comfortable mattresses, and fitted sheets with a king and queen-sized bed on the other. Not to mention the vanity dresser console space with accent stool, side tables and lamps, and a spacious built-in closet. The glass windows are perfectly designed for you to appreciate the serene views. It comes with its own en-suite bathroom, 55" flatscreen TV, and a private balcony in the master’s bedroom that overlooks the iconic Dubai Eye. The Neighborhood:
Dubai Marina is the ideal tourist or business destination. It is one of the premium spots in Dubai where visitors usually frolic in to explore the many places to be in Dubai. This is also known for the JBR Beach, Dubai Marina Mall full of luxury brands, high-end yacht cruises, and even amazing nightlife. Aside from this, Dubai Marina is known for being a waterfront community that attracts a lot of people who like walking along the marina that is packed with restaurants and cafes.

The man-made marina is a home for various activities that visitors can enjoy like skydiving and jet-skiing. Dubai Marina is full of entertainment, dining choices, and leisure facilities.

With many choices that the Dubai Marina lay on the table for you to enjoy, you will find that living here for a vacation is such a breath of fresh air.

Getting Around:
The parking is available if you have your own ride. Taxis, on the other hand, are parked just downstairs to take you anywhere in Dubai. Uber and Careem are also options for hailing a taxi.

If you enjoy long walks and would like to explore the rest of Dubai through a bus, water bus, tram or train there is a nearby bus stop where Bus 8 goes to Ibn Battuta Metro Station (outside Ibn Battuta Mall), Dubai Media City, Dubai Internet City, Burj Al Arab Hotel, Wild Wadi and many more. Bus 84, on the other hand goes to Jumeirah Beach Residence, Tecom, Al Barsha and others. While Bus N55 goes to the World Centre Hotel, Dubai Country Club, International City among many others.

The Marina Walk water bus station is only a 7-minute walk. The route includes Marina Mall, Dubai Marina and Marina Promenade.

The Marina Towers tram station is 9 minutes away. You can get on this one if you want to go around JBR, Knowledge Village, Media City, Marina Mall and more. This also connects to a metro station if you like to go around Dubai on your own (Dubai Mall or Mall of Emirates).

Other Things to Note:
House rules include being respectful of the neighbours, Dubai laws and regulations, and the furniture. Please no parties. Smoking on the balcony only.

This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).
