Canal Front w/boat dock, Private Pool, Cheryl's Hideaway

Nestled in the mangroves beneath a canopy of native seagrape and palm trees, Cheryl's Hideaway is a Sanibel vacationers escape. This architecturally unique, 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom home is split onto three levels and has a fantastic selection of bed types making it perfect for families and groups of up to 10 people. For the adventure seekers, Cheryl's Hideaway is perfect as it is canal front with a private dock where you can launch a canoe, kayak, paddle board or small boat. The owner provides 2 kayaks and 1 canoe and 5 paddleboards for guest use. There is a designated storage rack for up to 6 vessels should you wish to bring or rent additional canoes, kayaks or SUP's, so the whole crew can venture out and paddle over to the bay via its direct-access canal. The main level hosts the fully equipped, water-view kitchen, a dining room and main living room with flat screen TV and seating for eight as well as a giant, screened-in, outdoor entertaining area with an Outdoor griddle, lounge, dining area and pool. (Child's Pool Safety Gate is available, in storage room). Plus, there's an additional screened in patio off of the kitchen area perfect for sipping your morning cup of coffee while taking in the sounds and sights of nature. The second level has a sitting/TV area (with a sectional sofa, flat-screen TV) and 3 guest rooms and 2 full bathrooms. The master bedroom on the second floor has a king size bed with private ensuite bathroom. This bathroom has a garden tub & walk-in shower. Guest bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Guest bedroom #3 has a trundle bed with the pull out bed underneath. The guest bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Walk up the open stairway to the third level, where you will find two more bedrooms each with a king size bed and an ensuite private bathroom. While this fun interior is a great place to kick back at the end of the day, its' east-end location is perfect for a quick bike ride to the Gulf & bay beaches and lots of dining, shopping and other activities. From Gramma Dots and the Sanibel Thriller just across the street at the Sanibel Marina, to the historic Sanibel Lighthouse a few blocks down the way, we're sure your guests will love their experience on Sanibel while staying in Cheryl's Hideaway!

Pool heating is optional, for an additional non-refundable fee of $25 per day + taxes to be paid directly to the management company after the reservation is confirmed.  Pool heat request made after guest arrival will incur an additional $45 trip charge.
