**Living Space**

This log home is open concept with large windows to accommodate lots of light and spectacular mountain views! The open kitchen, dining, and living area are ideal for social activity for family or friend gatherings. The large harvest table can accommodate 10 people making it perfect for sharing a delicious meal or family games night. The living room features a large stone fireplace perfect for curling up with a cup of hot chocolate and your favorite book!

** Bedrooms & Bathrooms**

This log home has 3 spacious private bedrooms, one with a cozy queen bed, and the second with queen over queen bunk beds! There is a large loft space used as a third bedroom that features stunning mountain views from the king and queen-sized beds! The property has 3 full bathrooms. The bathroom in the loft features a brass-fitted claw foot tub, perfect for soaking tired muscles after a long day of adventure!

**Kitchen**

There is an open kitchen with all essentials to prepare your favorite meals. You will find the following amenities:

- Stove.
- Fridge.
- Dishwasher.
- Coffee maker.
- Hot Kettler.
- Microwave.
- Toaster
- Kitchen utensils.

**Amenities**

A large private deck looks out the surrounding mountain ranges! It features a custom pergola, patio furniture, and a BBQ. The private hot tub looks out at stunning views of mount Kapristo and provides the ideal spot to relax in nature.

**Laundry**

If you have the need to do laundry, the condo has an in-suite storage containing a stackable washer & dryer.

**Location**

The 2.7 Acre lot is completely private. You cannot see the neighbours from any usable space on the property. This stunning log home is only a short 12-15 minutes from Golden city centre.

- As of July 1, 2021 we are on the SpaceX Starlink high-speed internet beta program. The house is also equipped Xplornet satellite internet which will be used as a backup. Go to work with a view of mountain wilderness. *

- Additional 4th child room with 2 bunks available for an extra fee upon inquiry. Please note that this room is NOT available for adults.

We have these rules not to penalize guests. We have these rules to ensure that all guests staying at the building have a positive experience.

1. NO DRIVING ATVs, UTVs, snowmobiles or other off-highway vehicles in the neighbourhood

2. To ensure the safety of guests, service workers and ourselves, guests must abide by BC health restrictions.

3. QUIET HOURS: Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down in order to comply with the local noise bylaws. Noise violation fines range from $50 to $200 depending on the severity of the complaint. This will be charged to the guest if a noise violation report is received.

4. SMOKING: Smoking is NOT allowed in the condo. There is a fine of $250 if the property managers find evidence of smoking inside the condo.

5. CHECK-OUT TIME: We have a check-out time at 10AM. Unauthorized late check-outs will result to a charge of the nightly rate.

6. CHECK-IN TIME: We have a check-in time at 5PM. Unauthorized early check-ins will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

7. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: You are allowed to have extra guests. Please make sure to add the total number of guests on the reservation. An accurate price will be automatically calculated based on the number of guests. Unauthorized guests not added on the reservation will result in a charge of $50 per guest per night.

8. NO PARTIES ALLOWED: Fine starts from $200CAD with possible eviction.

9. We prefer families or guests over 30

10. PETS: This unit is NOT pet-friendly.

11. We want your stay to go as smoothly as possible. We do not advise mailing items to the unit as we do not have access to a mailbox. However, you may take advantage of Canada Post's FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered. You may also rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages there if you are staying for a longer period.

12. It is the guest's responsibility to make sure no items are left behind at the property. If an item is found after checkout, we have a process in place for mailing the item. As we are not liable for forgotten or lost items, the guest has to cover any related mailing costs.

- Please note that the beauty of nature surrounds the place. Fireworks in the area are strictly prohibited as they may cause forest fires.
