The main spaces of the 1,830 sq ft | 170 sqm condo:

- We must start with the best part, and that’s the upstairs terrace where you can enjoy a refreshing dip in the relaxing jetted spa tub (not heated) with the phenomenal ocean view! The perfect way to start your day with a coffee or a sunset cocktail at night.

- There’s also a private oceanview terrace on the main floor as well which is accessible via the living room. There is a table and chairs out there to enjoy a coffee or cocktail and sea-gazing!

- Revel in the comfortable and open living space with sofas, a TV with cable, and direct access to the oceanview terrace – perfect for downtime moments between activities! Open the doors to extend the space to the outdoors, open the curtains to welcome lots of natural light and enjoy the breathtaking sunset from there!

- The kitchen is well-equipped with quality stainless steel appliances and all you’d need to prepare meals at home to enjoy in peace with a surreal view. Plus, a dishwasher for easy clean up!

-​​ The dining area features a table to seat 6. Perfect for enjoying some laughter and good conversation. And there’s a breakfast bar at the kitchen counter as well, with an additional 4 stools.

The condo is Alttus Sunset, a gated residential area just a short drive from the seaside Malecón (waterfront esplanade) and downtown La Paz.

Getting Around:
The condo is about 4.1 miles | 6.5 km or about a 15-minute drive to/from the Airport (LAP) and it’s a 2.5-hour drive or 122 miles | 196 km to/from San Jose del Cabo International Airport (SJD).

Many guests often rent a car as it’s easier to get around. But you can also grab a taxi to get around town, to the Malecón, the beaches or downtown.

Other Things to Note:
IMPORTANT TO NOTE: During the summer months, the area experiences water shortages where at times, you can be without water for 4-5 hours. Recycled water is an easy alternative to help us, and the environment, with the shortage of water resources. We ask that you please use water consciously, turning it off when it's absolutely not needed and recycle your shower water for times when needed to flush the toilet. (Simply place the bucket under the running shower while you wait for the water to warm up and use it later, if needed, to flush the bathroom). Our local team can provide you with assistance if you have questions.

Please note there's ongoing construction happening nearby. You're likely to hear construction noise during working hours; Monday through Saturday, from 8am to 6pm.

Please note that the parking is not covered during the storm season between June and November.

Please follow all pool rules at the complex. All guests must wear swimwear. Entry to the pool area is permitted only when wearing suitable swimwear.

We provide some basic essentials complimentary upon arrival (note: these are not replenished): drinking water, a roll of paper towels, a set of napkins, a sponge, liquid soap & trash bags. And in each bathroom, you’ll find a roll of toilet paper, some liquid hand soap, a bar of soap for the shower, shampoo, and beach and bath towels.

Please keep in mind that any damaged or lost items such as towels, sheets, blankets, broken armchairs, furniture, or wall stains will be charged at the time of check out.

There is no daily housekeeping service, but if you’d like a cleaning during your stay, it can be arranged at an additional charge.

Electricity is not included for long-term stays of 15 nights or more. There’s a $56 USD weekly electricity fee, in this case, charged on the day of check-in.

A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.

Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.

There are surveillance cameras on the property, strictly for security reasons, to ensure guests' safety. All cameras face outdoor areas only.

HOUSE RULES:
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- No smoking of any kind (tobacco or cannabis) is allowed inside the condo, and the use of any recreational drugs ion the premises is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a $300 penalty.
- No parties or events are permitted, illegal activity is prohibited, and excessive noise will not be tolerated. No loud music is allowed after 10 pm. Please be respectful of the neighbors.
- No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed.
- Renters agree to cover any charge related to damages that occurred during their stay or cover necessary extra-cleaning charges if needed after their stay.
- Renters may be required to provide a government ID on the day of checking in or during their stay.
- Pets are not allowed unless there is prior authorization, and an extra fee may apply.
- Please avoid sitting on the sofas while wearing wet clothes - this practice stains fabrics and creates mold. You will be responsible for any damages made to the furniture during your stay.
- Please close and lock all doors and windows upon check out. By failing to do so you will incur a penalty of $50 USD.

Interaction with Guests:
This is a self-check-in property located inside a gated residential area. Sunset Condominiums by Alttus Residential Communities has controlled access entry with a remote control gate for owners and visitors only.
Access codes and check-in information is provided before your arrival.
