Seamless key collection and return are facilitated at IGA Xpress, just an 8-minute walk away. High-speed 5G WiFi and access to pool, spa, and gym facilities ensure a comfortable stay. Please note that there is no on-site parking available; however, guests can find pay parking facilities or street parking nearby. We recommend searching online for more information on parking options in the area. Such as complimentary parking is available at the adjacent Crown Multi-Level Carpark.

For communication, our active assistance hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST. Remember, our property operates independently from building staff; contact us directly for assistance and avoid approaching building management to prevent induction procedures. Please note that a callout fee applies for physical attendance to the property.

- Event charge cleaning: AU$300
- Bond for events: AU$500
3. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use designated smoking areas outside the building if needed.
4. Pets: Pets are allowed on the property only if they have been approved prior to arrival. An additional cleaning pet fee applies. Please keep your pets under control and clean up after them.
5. Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment. Do not share the access code or keys with unauthorized individuals.
6. Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional visitors during your stay.
7. Compliance with Laws: Guests are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay, including but not limited to noise ordinances, waste management, and building rules.
