Your stay comes with a personalized guest portal for convenient access to essential information.

Located at Melbourne Square (18 Hoff Bvd, Southbank), check-in and check-out are hassle-free with our self-service method at LetSave Convenience Store. Explore nearby cultural attractions, dining options, and the tranquil Yarra River promenade. Additionally, please note that on-site parking is available for the duration of your stay, conveniently located just below the apartment for easy access. Furthermore, there is a supermarket (Woolworths) conveniently situated below the apartment for your shopping needs.

For communication, our active assistance hours are from 8:00 AM to 11:00 PM EST. Remember, our property operates independently from building staff; contact us directly for assistance and avoid approaching building management to prevent induction procedures. Please note that a callout fee applies for physical attendance to the property.

- Event charge cleaning: AU$300
- Bond for events: AU$500
3. Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. Please use designated smoking areas outside the building if needed.
4. Pets: Pets are allowed on the property only if they have been approved prior to arrival. An additional cleaning pet fee applies. Please keep your pets under control and clean up after them.
5. Security: Ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked when leaving the apartment. Do not share the access code or keys with unauthorized individuals.
6. Occupancy: Only registered guests are allowed to stay overnight. Please inform us in advance if you plan to have additional visitors during your stay.
7. Compliance with Laws: Guests are expected to comply with all local laws and regulations during their stay, including but not limited to noise ordinances, waste management, and building rules.
