Affordable 2 Bedroom 2 Bath oceanfront ground level of triplex! Located on boardwalk, large patio with gas Bbq. Gorgeous ocean views. A king bed graces the master bedroom at the rear of the unit. The guest bedroom with two twins has access to the hall bath with dual sinks and walk-in shower. Shared coin-op washer and dryer and 2 compact carport parking spot, parking is tight, small cars only. Our family loved staying on the beach for the Thanksgiving Holiday. It was amazing to be able to step right onto the beach and hear the waves every day from the lower-level unit. This unit is within walking distance to everything. Only minor issues with the kitchen sink leaking and a few ants that joined us for Thanksgiving dinner. But the Host was very responsive to all communications and request. I would like to see a few updates to the unit and then I would definitely book again.

Great view, poor condition, dangerous stairs

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Aside from two injuries sustained due to poor condition of stairs we enjoyed the view from the rooftop deck. Our feet, however, were blackened by the accumulated dirt and grunge on the rooftop deck that appears to go unaddressed. The fridge bracing inside door was broken and kept falling out. Some windows were duct taped shut. Remaining windows were very hard to use/open. Overall for the money I spent, the condition of this home and our related experience was a substantial letdown. I will not rent it again.

It was located right at the beach where the wedding was to take place.The property's floor was dirty. My daughter woke up covered in ants. Stains on the bedspreads. When I called the rental company Hanna said they would send cleaners, new bedspreads and exterminators. The only thing they followed through with was the exterminators. In addition, the freezer rack is very rusty, makes it feel dirty. Could easily spray appliance paint on it to freshen it up (ice trays old and cracked, very cheap at Ikea to replace). Disappointed in rental companies follow through.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property and location was ideal. The only complaint I have is the parking. The carport photo didn’t list which space was for A. The staff informed me of the measurements for spot C not A. Upon arriving letters were added above spaces: C B A. Not A B C. Throughout the week I had to find parking. The ‘kids’ in C were extremely loud, late into the night and had numerous cars in the carport. I probably wouldn’t request this house due to the parking. Thank you.

Great location, beautiful beach

We had a great time at this beachfront property. There was a school park out front, a couple of doors down , which was great for our little kids. The beach is huge, with amazing sand and fairly quiet. There were miles of paved paths to walk with our stroller, which was perfect for us. It is a beautiful spot with a great front patio, perfect for people watching and watching the kids play in the sand. The unit is clean and functional, and stocked with what we needed, but is a little run down in a couple of areas. Specifically, the couch and front blinds need replacing. The parking stall for our particular unit was small given that it is the biggest unit of the three and a family vehicle was required (the other two smaller units had wider spaces). It would have been nice if beach towels were supplied as most people do not travel with them for the whole family. Overall we would not hesitate to stay here again. With some minor upgrades this place would be a home run.

Great place to stay

This was a great property in a fantastic location! there was so much for the kids to do with the play ground and areas to ride scooters, roller blades, skate boards. The house was set up perfectly for everything that we needed, we would definitely stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: We live local, but not on the beach, and we thought it was be a great idea to celebrate my birthday with sunsets on a rooftop, overlooking the beach. It was absolutely perfect. The home is well taken care of, and plenty of space for our guests. We had no issues whatsoever, and would happily come back and stay at the same property, or another home through Burr White.

Amazing location for families with young kids!

The location was absolutely prime! Right on the boardwalk. Walk to restaurants and rental shops. The best part for us with young kids was watching them on the playground and in the sand right from the porch!

Great Location

The location was great. We would hop on our bikes and ride all over the kids were able to walk to the park while we sat and enjoyed our view. Only advice I would say is bring your own towels not many were available

We rented all three (A,B,C) units. Had a BLAST!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Cons:1. Internet needs to be upgraded, too spotty2. Additional fans are necessary when it's hot.3. We were confused with the garbage. I thought it was Monday, but with Monday being the 4th of July, we were told it was Tuesday, but it was actually Saturday.4. Some TVs were different than others. Some had streaming services (i.e. Netflix, Hulu, etc.), while others didn't. It would be nice to have them all the same.Pros:1. # of bedrooms to bathrooms2. Tables and Seating3. Proximity to nearby shops, restaurants, etc.4. Storage space5. CarportThis review is for all three units and candidly, this is the only place we've ever rented before where we would stay again. As time passed, we seemed to like it more and more.

Location, location, location!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nothing beats a house that is right on the sands. We didn't have to go through the hassle of packing things up in a car or looking for parking. The parking spot is tight for an SUV, but it is doable. The house was immaculate upon arrival. Every room and bed was comfortable. I enjoyed cooking in the well-supplied kitchen. Meals on the patio was especially noteworthy with the spectacular beach view. The kids also enjoyed the nearby playground, and I was able to just stay at the patio to watch over them. The complimentary beach bag, bucket & beach towel was a nice touch. You can't go wrong with any of the Burr White properties. The staff was exceptionally professional, friendly, and accommodating. I knew I wouldn't be able to make it for the 4pm check in because of LA traffic, and Kerri was able to promptly set up an 'After Hours' check in for me. I would definitely come back again or even any other Burr White property.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was ready for us early. I appreciate the effort was made because our plane landed early. It was clean and ready for us! The one negative in our whole stay was that the tenants upstairs made no effort to quiet themselves in the evening. They had furniture moving, heavy footsteps, children running and jumping, for hours in the evening. I spoke to them but there was no effort made to quiet themselves. I spoke to the rental office and asked if they make an effort to speak to the tenants. There was no improvement. This really what a great damper on our evenings!
