Aspetos negativos: Limpeza, nível de conforto do quarto e comunicação
AVIOD, the WORST staff imaginable, first they just don’t bother to answer messages and they refused to provide check-in details unless I accepted the company’s marketing emails and phone texts, having no regards to my data protection rights. I could not check-in until after 8pm, as I could not get the details and they provided the wrong address. Hotels.com kindly spent over a hour trying to contact them to get the check in details. The lack of Rentplanet communication and their refusal to provide check in details ruined my Saturday night, after sorting everything out, it was 12am and too late to eat.
The apartment is opposite a building site and surrounded by other building sites.
The apartment had a miserable and unfriendly vibe, just like RentPlanet who rents it out. I can only recommend to avoid all their apartments in Poland. I checked out the next morning, as did not want to say there in such an awful apartment and stayed in the Old Town instead.
