We have spent four nights in a four bed economy room in this hotel in December 2023. The hotel is located very centrally and there are many cafés and Shops in the surrounding area. You can reach all of the famous attractions in London very quickly using public transfer. Our four bed room was very small, the beds and especially the pillows were not comfortable at all. The window was so thin, you could hear and feel every gust of wind. The bathroom was not located inside of our room, we had to go down a hallway to reach it. The bathroom was very very cold and humid (as well as the bedroom). There was a weird canalisation-like smell in the stairway and last but not least, the walls are very thin so you could hear everything that happened inside the house (I recommend earplugs if you want to get some sleep). Concerning the very low price and the fact that we were really only in the hotel at night, the experience was fine. All in all, for people who do not plan to spend much time inside their hotel room and who choose a very good and central location over comfort, this hotel is good.

Although the property had a very nice location and the housekeeping staff was very friendly, I would not be staying here again. The rooms did not have AC and being there during a heatwave was not desirable. The shower head mount was broken so we had to hold the head to shower and there was a hole in the shower around the light which allowed me to see right into the room above me. The check in staff was not the friendliest however they did allow us to check in an hour early. We were able to store our bags on the first day for free which was nice. The description said they can assist with tours, however this consisted of a bulletin board that you could find out information on your own. The close proximity to the Victoria station and local convenience stores was a nice perk.

We were given a room in the basement. Our room was part of a fire hallway so our bathroom was detached from the room and at the end of the hall. The main bed in the room felt like it had been there for years, and the bathroom was disgusting. Mold on the tiles, walls, and door. The vent was packed full of dirt/dust so it did nothing. The shower glass was not wide enough so the water from the shower just spilled out into the main part of the bathroom and flooded the floor. We did not have anyone tend to the room, replace towels, and toiletries in our 4 night stay. We asked twice about it and the reception just seemed confused on why it got skipped. No A/C in the rooms made it tough considering the heat while we were there. Overall not satisfied with the stay, the staff, or the cleanliness. I honestly can not think of a single thing about the hotel we enjoyed

是酒店唯一一間4人房，但感覺房間未是預備好給旅客住宿的，首先，地面是斜的，喼常常自行移動的，要用鞋頂住；沒有地方放東西，我們是打開衣櫃門，用內裏兩塊層架放東西；此外，入房間行兩部便上床，打開大喼是問題，最後決定用一張床放雜物及開喼用途；淋浴間太細，花灑水不夠力，水喉經常熱水欠奉，每次開都有好大聲水喉震動聲音，是水力不足罷，較難供應至最高樓層。唯一好處是近熱門景點，約20分鐘步程便可以去白金漢宮，大笨鐘等，真的很方便。

Outstanding neighborhood and convenient access to Victoria Coach Station for a transfer to Heathrow. The only negative was a two foot streak of black mold on the caulking in the shower of C8.

Kan man leve med et middelmådigt hotel, hvor pladsen er lille men der er det man skal bruge. Så er det et ganske fint lille hotel. Der var skiftet sengetøj hver dag vi kom hjem fra alle de oplevelser vi var ude på. Personalet var søde. Der var dejlige mange små cafeer, pub's, indkøb og spisesteder lige uden for døren. Stor busterminal 200 meter fra fordøren. (Gemt godt af vejen) Beliggenhed, den er fantastisk, kort afstend til alt. Vi var en familie på 4 og hvor de 2 møj unger var 7 og 8 år. Samlet vurdering af det her lille 2 stjernet hotel. 8/10

The rooms are extremely tiny. No room for two people to stand at the same time. A big suitcase can not fit in this room. Toilets are so tiny (you can not use the toilet and have the door close at the same time). No AC. Overall cleanness of the room is terrible: The walls are EXTREMELY dirty with marks, bed sheets and towels were not clean. The location is great, but that is the only good thing about this hotel. Bedsprings are horrible.

Very convenient location. Great exterior but interior disappointing, musty smell on entry, carpet that needs replacing, cheap laminate in room, basic cheap furnishings, Walls in need of painting & very stained. Hole in wall where door opens & hits a wall, So much room for improvement, Decent handyman, building & maintenance required. But overall it was ok for one night & staff friendly & helpful.

Worst experience

Worst experience ever, dirty room, loose window banging in wind, black hairs in the bed, toliet flushes in the night, mold on the walls and cupboard, main door to rooms on the hook and random drunk locals walking in an using shared bathroom, bed nothing but springs the list goes on. To make it worst there was noone to complain too other than a person whos job it was not to complain too and then i couldnt get a refund. We left and wenr somewhere else.
