Right in the heart of İzmir. We walked everywhere. It’s a fantastic location! The staff was attentive, and the check-in process was quick. The price offers great value. If the cleanliness were a bit more thorough, it would deserve 10 stars!

This was a great find. Not only was it a great value for the cost, but the staff went above and beyond, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect. If you've never been to Izmir, it's now one of my most favorite cities of the world. Safe, clean, and the people are very friendly.

We stayed 45 days and enjoyed

The staff was very helpfull. The kitchen staff and the front desk is very kind and solution oriented. The rooms are small if you are going to stay long but in our 45 days visit, we adapted and enjoyed very much. The kitchen equipments inside the room helps a lot. Everything was clean and proper. Thank you so much

İt is ok

İt was ok.Not such extrem looking room as in photos,but it is ok to stay for a few days.Bear mind the location is more relevant for adults ,because of street night life.No private parking ,but there are rented parking places which close to hotel.

The receptionist attitude was not pleasant. It's not the first time I've stayed in a hotel, but it's the first time I've been asked to sign something before my stay and it's natural for me to want to read it. In addition, it was not nice to have a conversation on the phone with someone else while checking in.

A little disappointed, but not a bad hotel

Overall, the hotel was fine. No big complaints, just a few minor things that were a little inconvenient. Check in was 2pm, when I arrived at 4pm the room wasn't ready. Only had to wait 15 minutes. The shower and sink didn't drain that well. The bed had 1 sheet covering the mattress and 1 blanket on top, no second sheet to cover me. This must be a Turkish or İzmir thing because it was the same at my next hotel. However, the blanket was too short and didn't cover my feet. Room was very clean and staff was great though.

Decent budget hotel. We were in an economy room which was very small (not enough room to put 2 suitcases). Also the shower in our room leaked all over the floor of the main room. Location was good in that it was close to lots of restaurants, nightlife, etc. however it was difficult for taxis, tour buses, etc. to access. Breakfast was overpriced for what you got. Our room was on the top floor, which was not accessible by elevator, so we had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs. The rooms were clean, however the public washrooms in the lobby were not kept very clean.

An excellent hotel over-all. A minor drawback was the scarcity of inventory in the kitchen: adding another small saucepan and a ladle would not hurt. But otherwise, everything was wonderful! I would especially like to mention the hotel staff: very attentive, smiling, accepting you as a family. They cater to your every wish: water, soap, everything I asked for ended up in my room. I especially want to mention the girl at the reception, Secil, who helped me print the boarding pass on a short notice. Despite the printer not working, she found a workaround, spent a lot of time and made it work, putting all her heart into the job. My sincere gratitude to her personally.

Good hotel, nice staff. Location is not for all.

Staff was very nice, helpful and friendly. Hotel location is very good in terms of proximity to the city centre, restaurants, seaside, etc. You can enjoy yourself in walking distance for most of the time. But it is also very noisy especially during nights and early morning until 2-3 am. Random people will shout, argue and talk loudly most of the night and sound isolation was not very good. On Sunday mornings there's a bazaar right in front of the hotel where sellers start preparing stalls, etc starting from 4-5 am. So most of the time we could not get good night sleep. Room cleanliness was ok, but could have been better. Some amenities were missing. Couldn't find pillow case even after we had asked for it. Breakfast was good, but nothing special.

Hiç memnun kalmadım, sevgilime de çok mahçup oldum. Şubat'ın ilk haftası geldik. Check in sonrası oda kapısı kartı okumadı tekrar resepsiyona inmek zorunda kaldım ve bu 2 defa yaşandı. Odaya girdiğimde banyo kapısının yanlış monte edildiğini ve 10 cm kadar açık kaldığını yani kapanmadığını fark ettim, cam kapı yere değdiği için kapanmıyordu, ve arasında silikon yoktu o yüzden kapansa bile ses ve koku geçirecekti. İnip durumu anlattığımda başka oda olmadığını teknik çözüm sunacaklarını söylediler. Alttaki menteşeyle oynayıp geçici bir çözüm sundurlar ama ertesi gün kapı tekrar yere değdi kırılma ihtimalinden korkup tekrar resepsiyona durumu bildirmek zorunda kaldım. Ayrıca gece banyoda hamamböceği öldürdüm sanırım giderden geldi. Duş kapısız yerlerde normaldetasarım olarak yer ıslansa da çabuk kurur burda sürekli ıslak kaldı. Sonrasında odayı değiştirdiler ve bana yanlışlıkla hazırlanmamış boş bir odanın anahtarını verdiler. Tekrar resepsiyona inmek zorunda kaldım. 3. seferde verdikleri oda en azından düzgündü. Sadece yataklar rahat değildi ve 2. geceden itibaren sırtımızı ağırttı. Otelin tek iyi yanı İzban'a ve çarşıya yakın olması diyebilirim. Onun haricinde kesinlikle memnun kalmadım ve tekrar ziyaret etmeyeceğim bir yerdi. Sık sık seyahat eden, 13 de ülke gezen bir çiftiz ve ilk defa böyle bir şey başımıza geldi. Tabiki bu da tam da bizim ülkemizden beklecek bir şey. Belki yaza kadar oteli ilaçlarlar ve adam akıllı bir tadilat yaparlar. Kötü bir deneyimdi
