If I could give this hotel a zero I would. We stayed in the deluxe spa for 2 nights. Paid extra for the spa and balcony for what??. Extra for a dirty spa/shower that had mould, the toilet couldn’t flush and we had to call someone to come to fix it and they “did” with a temporary fix. They told us we had to “adjust” it ourselves every time we used it. The balcony had bird poo everywhere and on the rails, so we never went out there. Aircon didn’t work so they had 2 cheap fans when we arrived “for when it got hot” (and it was). We were never informed about a bond fee until check in and had to pay another $200 after paying full price weeks prior. They waved the fee for us to park in their parking and be warned the car parks are so so tight, every time we turned it was a struggle and we were in a mini Suzuki. We could tell other people had hit many many walls and polls because of the scrapes. The public pool and spa downstairs are so chipped, faded, old and dirty, it was disgusting. Everything to the chairs, beds, pool beds, cushions and floor carpets had old stains and the tiles looked like they need major grout scraping, we wore shoes inside at all times, including the shower. Waste of money and it was disgusting and if you stay here, DO NOT use their provided shampoo, conditioner or body wash! It broke my skin out and made my hair matted and dry. Disgusting and overpriced, super poor quality. The pictures DO NOT reflect

There was no air conditioning in my room and they refused to move me to another room. The room was 28 C. They told me to open the sliding door but then I got bit by mosquitos. The toilet in my room ran all the time and they did not get someone to fix it. I stayed 2 nights and then went on a tour for 5 days and then returned for 2 nights. I stayed at this hotel because I needed the laundry facilities in my room. When I came back for the two nights, again there was no air conditioning in my room. They did not offer me a discount.

Fijn hotel, op 10 min lopen van het Centrum. Fijne bedden, keukentje aanwezig, inclusief wasmachine. Balcon, met zo’n in de middag. Bij het zwembad juist zon in de ochtend. Vriendelijk personeel. Er was een ventilator op de kamer voor de warme dagen, dat werkte prima.

Great location. Staff pleasant and accomodating as arrived early and couldn't check in yet. They stored our bags. Same went with our departure. Nice room and surprisingly a kitchenette. Love the balcony. Easy walk to to the pier and central part of the city. Highly recommend, and the price was right.

Terrible customer service

When I arrived they said the AC was unavailable and I can back out of my check in. Where am I going to find another hotel at night? Then the Wi-Fi was so slow I couldn't access my emails. When I asked them they said there's nothing they could do about it. Terrible customer service!

Extremely disappointed with our stay! The room was advertised as having aircon and on arrival there was one small pedestal fan in the room after questioning the broken air con the reception desk said it doesn’t work at all! No compensation, alternative room, or apology was offered for the inconvenience. The room was constantly 28 degrees Celsius!! Make for a very uncomfortable and unenjoyable stay! Will not be staying there again!

The staff were kind and the rooms were clean and nice. We were not informed upon arrival (in summer) that the hotel’s air conditioning was not working. While we were given a portable fan, this did not happen until we raised this with reception on day 2 of our stay. The pool was also under maintenance.

Great place overall. Very accommodating when our flight got canceled. Comfortable beds, clean restroom, housekeepers were great, stocked coffee everyday and all staff were very friendly. The amount of noise surrounding the area was constant, people yelling(all hours of the night), actually saw a fight one morning. However, it is close to many restaurants and centrally located, walking distance to many attractions.

Wouldn’t stay. Disappointed

I had paid extra for a spa suite, but the tub didn’t work. There was bunch of long hair in the cabinet that held the kitchen pots so I didn’t make any tea. Our AC also never turned on.

None of the rooms had working AC and it ranged from 26-28* C in my room. I had to beg for a fan, which I only got my second night and wasn’t offered until I kept prying The spa rooms with a balcony need actual furniture on the balcony so it can be enjoyed. And the Tv needs channels, not just casting. Everything was clean though and it was pretty quiet.

No aircon..it is an ongoing issue for months and not addressed by hotel management. The managers would not face the hotel guests to explain or provide alternatives. We stayed for 3 nights and was told to leave our windows open!

Overall good value place to stay

Good location and nice overlooking Myers park. Room good size , some items looking a little tired eg seats , however clean and the kitchenette had everything you need , good modern functioning washing machine. Air con unfortunately not working very well.

Generally spacious room. Real drawback was no air conditioning. My room was 27.5 degrees. Even with deck slider open there was no cross breeze. And to leave it open meant listening to the noise outside and there was some late night shouting. When I enquired about the AC the told me the don’t list the properties as having, but that seems unheard of. Moreover, their in room booklet lists info about their AC units!

Well the hotel was good, but the fire alarm going off as soon as we got to our room wasn’t the best,!! But all was well. Only complaint was the noise from the fire truck and ambulance stations that were just outside the front door 😖 the view of the sky tower was nice and the park, but not being able to get dinner there was a pain : nice Thai food place up the road , also a separate bath and shower would of been better for us! Being older it was a bit hard to get out of bath! The pool was terrific 5 stars for the pool area , oh I forgot the settings for the air con was not adjusted; to hot in room , thanks Jeannette and greg wall

The air conditioning only exists in public spaces. The website mentions car rental- non existent. No restaurant. Some staff member might make breakfast. Front desk had wrong checkout day so key card stopped working so we were locked out of the hotel.

Booked in online for 3 kids 1 adult booked a room with 2 double beds. Ended up only one queen bed in the room so myself and a child slept on the floor. Also never had an email about a bond.
