The Breakfast is good but for lunch and dinner you have to catch a tuk tuk and go to other beach.

Give this hotel a miss

Throughout my trip to Cambodia this was the hotel that cost the most and was the worst of the lot that i stayed in. I had emailed the hotel twice prior to my stay to request a quiet room, i didnt receive a response and was placed in a room above the evenings entertainment which was extremely noisy. The sheets were torn and alowared dirty and ants were found in the wash basin. I tried to explain the problem to the one member of staff in reception however she didnt understand English. Eventually i managed to get someone to contact the General Manager who kindly arranged for me to move room which i did. The hotel is rundown and urgently in need of a makeover. Loud building work was taking place at the hotel and i had not been advised of this prior to my stay.

Nice but remote place to stay

Was pleasantly surprised by the condition of the hotel. Great private beach. The only thing I didn't love was its location as it was WAY out of town. Depending on what you're there for that could be a good or bad thing.

nice, clean hotel. All you need is scooter to go to town. I like this place because its a bit out and really relaxing but at the same time you are in town in 5 min on the scooter AAA+++

Fine hotel but....the smell..

Hotel is....I hate to say it but, fine, if you just need some place to crash and don't mind taking a taxi into town, or to the beaches. Yes this place is riiiiight on the beach, but it's on a gross sewage-y beach. Also, I have to mention the smell in our room because it almost knocked me out each time I entered. It's fine...but I definitely do not recommend this place.

Nice, quiet, good food

The hotel is much better than the reviews I read. It's clean, modern, nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly and efficient. The room was very good, comfortable, clean, quiet and had a good view of the water. I ate 2 breakfasts and ordered dinner twice, the food was excellent. I would definitely stay again

Not for me.

I didn't enjoy my stay here. The beach had a drainage outlet next to the hotel that stank and could only be bad for swimmers. The staff weren't great and the place was soulless. Didn't seem like they knew what good service was. I like a drink now and then but didn't even go to the bar because there was Chinese karaoke every night. This one's not for Europeans or North Americans, if either, go elsewhere.

Urenslig, god service, dÄrlig plassering

Plasseringen er hÄplÞs om du vil utforske byen, ettersom hotellet ligger litt pÄ utkanten, ca 10 min fra byomrÄdet. Bodd her 2 ganger og begge gangene har rommet mitt vÊrt skitten nÄr jeg har sjekket inn.. Bygget er dÄrlig, noe man spesielt merker pÄ badet (kun estetisk sett regner jeg med). Man blir lovet havutsikt, men de aller fleste rommene ligger slik at du mÄ gÄ bort til vinduet og "lete" etter havet. StÄr du rett foran vinduet ser du tak, noen trÊr og en helikopterlandingsplass.. Rommene er relativt store. Pokerrommet var bra, hyggelige folk (stamspillere) og veldig god service. Servicen generelt pÄ hotellet var bra nÄr du klarte Ä gjÞre deg forstÄtt, engelsken deres er ikke helt pÄ topp for Ä si det mildt, men det gjelder ikke bare her tror jeg. Tilbyr gratis transport til sentrum hvis minivanen deres er tilgjengelig, noe den som regel var nÄr jeg var der. Tilbyr ikke gratis transport til flyplassen. Hotellet har en privat strand som var veldig grei. Her er det sÄ Ä si ingen folk og de har solsenger man kan benytte seg av. Hvis man er interessert i Ä ligge pÄ stranda om dagen og spille i kasionet om kvelden er dette et bra hotell for deg. Dersom du vil utforske byen, og ikke interesserer deg for kasino eller for mye stranding, sÄ ville jeg bestilt et annet hotell.

Restaurant with a view

This hotel has an amazing view from the restaurant and the breakfast buffet is even better. Lunch and dinner at the restaurant can be very inconsistent. The other draw back of this hotel is that it's also a Casino. Great if you want to gamble but good luck getting a good night sleep. They have live music in main bar that blasts music into all the near by rooms till 1 or 2 am.

Englannin kielitaito vÀhÀn heikko, toimeen kuitenkin tultiin. Hotellissa hieno kasino, jos on pelimieltÀ. Toisen kerroksen superior-huoneet hyvÀtasoisia parvekkeineen ja merinÀköaloineen! There seemed to be a bit of confusion when I gave reception my print out of booking number, it took a while to check in. Buffet breakfast was average,other meals about the same. Staff very helpful and happy

Good location and hotel but could be better

This hotel is fine but doesn't use half of the potential it has in my opinion. The location is great and close to independence beach (in my opinion best beach in sihanoukville), but the architecture and the way the building sits on the land makes no sense to me. Anyway it's a good hotel for the price and we were very satisfied with the staff etc.

Wie im schlechten Film

Es gibt leider nicht viel Positives zu Berichten außer das freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal. Wir waren zum GlĂŒck nur fĂŒr zwei NĂ€chte in diesem Hotel. Diese liegt ca. 15 Minuten vom Zentrum weg. Mit dem Tuk Tuk konnte man fĂŒr 4-5 Dollar in die Stadt fahren. Unser Zimmer war das schlechteste in dem wie jemals waren. Es roch muffig, faul und schimmlig. Durch die Klimaanlage 16 Grad wurde das ganze etwas ertrĂ€glich!! Unser Ausblick viel auf ein ĂŒberdachtes Lager in dem die ausrangierten GegenstĂ€nde des Hotels gelagert wurden. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit King size Bett gebucht, bekamen aber nur eins mit zwei Einzelbetten. Auf Nachfrage bei der Rezeption kam sofort der Hotelmanager ( ein sehr lustiger Typ) der uns versicherte am nĂ€chsten Tag in ein anderes Zimmer umziehen zu dĂŒrfen. Am nĂ€chsten Tag unternahmen wir ein Ausflug auf die benachbarten Inseln fĂŒr 25 Dollar ( preis ĂŒberall gleich!) Als wir vom wunderschönen Ausflug zurĂŒckkamen fragten wir nach unserem neuen Zimmer, doch sie sagten uns, das wir in unserem alten Zimmer ein King Size Bett haben. Pech gehabt, sie haben dreister weise einfach die zwei Betten zusammengeschoben um daraus ein Kingdoublequeensizebed zumachen. Naja wir waren eh schon wieder auf den Sprung und eh viel zu mĂŒde das zu bemĂ€ngeln..... Wir empfehlen dieses Hotel nicht weiter, denn Preis-Leistung stimmt einfach nicht!
